Wir kommen wieder!!!!
Pros:

Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, vorausschauend und zuvorkommend.
Unsere Wünsche mussten wir nichtmal formulieren sondern das Personal kam auf uns zu und fragte ob wir z.B. einen Kühlungsventilator benötigen. Nach 5 Minuten stand einer da.
Hervorzuheben sind die sehr bequemen Kissen. Selten in einem Hotel so gut geschlafen.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel mit super Personal
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Wir wurden super nett empfangen und es war auch kein Problem, dass ich vergessen hatte den Hund vorher anzugeben. Das Personal ist super unkompliziert und sehr flexibel. Frühstück reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub in kleiner, aber feiner Unterkunft
Pros:

Zum Frühstück kein riesiges Buffet, aber überlegt und abwechslungsreich zusammengestellt. Helle, freundliche Atmosphäre, umsichtiger Service.
Hilfsbereiter, gut informierter Empfang. Kommunikation hervorragend.
Ein ganz besonderes Haus mit individueller und trotzdem unaufdringlicher Betreuung.

Super miejsce dla fanów tenisa
Pros:

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, szczególnie dla osób uczestniczących w turnieju WTA. Bardzo blisko kompleks tenisowy. Przemiła i bardzo pomocna obsługa, w szczególności Pani Grażynka dbała o nasz komfort. Śniadania bardzo smaczne.

Amazing team, stunning villa, but not set up for summer heat

The staff team is outstanding 👏 👏 👏. The ladies outdo themselves trying to accommodate the guests and all their wishes. Truly exceptional. The building is something special,well taken care for. The location next to the park - amazing.

Cons:

This is the reason behind my score, and this comment is not to the mgmt team, but to the owners - you must invest in proper cooling equipment. Old style fans just do not cut it.. You cannot blame it on the weather, if you charge triple rates during the tennis open, surely you can afford proper fans. Current set up when temperatures reach 40C is just a health hazard.

Very pleasant stay at a very convenient hotel.
Pros:

Unfortunately, we did not have time for breakfast. The room was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. Parking on site was very convenient. The Villa is right across the street from the gorgeous park.

Die Lage ist ein Traum!!

Wir hatten leider ein ebenerdiges Zimmer, direkt am Parkplatz. Der Teppich müsste dringend erneuert werden.
