Wir hatten Zimmer Nummer 11, und dieses Zimmer war eine Katastrophe. Es war absolut laut, an Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Man hat jedes Wort gehört, was an der Rezeption gesprochen wurde. Der Fahrstuhl sowie das Treppenhaus war direkt daneben. Der Parkplatz war sehr eng, aber mit Einweisung machbar. Der Herr beim Frühstückstisch hätte auch etwas freundlicher und motivierter sein können.

Ho prenotato l’ultima doppia disponibile. Siamo stati sistemati al pianterreno. Non siamo mai riusciti a dormire oltre le 6.45 di mattina, in vacanza!, perché la camera è a fianco all’ingresso del personale, all’ascensore e alle scale, oltre che a poca distanza dalla reception. Ogni volta che qualcuno apriva la porta di servizio la porta della camera della stanza sbatteva, chiunque scendesse le scale lo sentivamo ( si potevano contare i gradini) e alle 6.45 sentivamo tutti gli spostamenti delle signore delle pulizie.
Quando dopo la prima notte ho fatto presente la cosa al ragazzo della reception e mi è stato detto “signora, è la camera economy e disabili”. La risposta è stata peggio del rumore, e quindi? 200 euro a notte meritano questo? Ma soprattutto i disabili valgono meno??
Quella camera non andrebbe data, a nessuno!
