Apart from the fire escape incident we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a good base to explore Bern ad

Location good with lots of restaurants nearby
Breakfast was fine

Cons:

We inadvertently tried to use the fire escape to get from floor 7 to 6 and found ourselves trapped. There was no answer from reception when we phoned and the helpline also got no answer and told us there was nothing they could do. Luckily a friend nearby came to the hotel and managed to find someone to free us. As adults we take responsibility for not reading the signs but if this had been a child or elderly person it could have been very serious. No explanation as to why there was no exit available from fire escape.

La ubicación y que era todo nuevo.

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó fueron las almohadas, reservé para tres ( niño de 7 años ) y no nos pusieron una cama para el, fuimos a la terraza a tomar un refresco y tardaron mucho para atendernos.

Genial für den kurzen Städte Trip und für Konzertbesuche in der Festhalle. Liegt direkt an Bushaltestelle Schönburg, in 10 Min in der City. Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Checkin/ Checkout easy, Personal sehr freundlich, Rooftop Bar sehr nice. Zimmer geräumig, Frühstück gut. Preis/Leistung absolut okay

Der Teppichboden in den Fluren ist arg "used Optic."

Sorprendidos por la ubicación.
Pros:

Aunque parecía alejado del centro, la facilidad del uso de la tarjeta gratis para el trasporte público es un plus. Te pones en el centro en poco tiempo e ideal para visitarlo. Usamos el parking que aunque es de pago es bastante amplio y accesible, nosotros lo usamos dejar el coche y nos movimos con la tarjeta de trasporte público. El hotel está cerca del Rosengarten, ideal para iniciar la ruta por Berna. En el parque hay una cafetería con desayunos fantásticos para disfrutar de la vista de la ciudad.

Pros:

Mirno okolje, velika soba, stopnice, blizu avtobusna postaja, prijazno osebje.

Cons:

Preveč zelena usmeritev, Lahko si označil, kdaj ti sobo očistijo, da ne čistijo vsak dan, so pa na koncu samo smeti odnesli. Sobe nimajo omar.

Great Stat in Bern at the Prize
Pros:

We liked having coffee 24/7. Being able to eat take away dinner in the lobby was appreciated. Super close to the Coop store. Breskfast area was roomy and there was an awsome selection of food choices. Even automated pancakes. The Tram stop was right in front of the hotel that took you to the old town in a flash and most other places we wanted to go. We enjoyed having the Rosegarten so very close. It made for a nice relaxing walk and wonderful views of the Aare River. We even saw a lightening in the distance. Great stay. Great staff and room.

Un hotel idéal pour un sejour a Berne
Pros:

La chambre confortable et calme, moderne et fonctionnelle.
L'emplacement a quelques minutes en bus de la gare et a quelques minutes a pieds du centre historique.
