Curtains don’t close (room 308). Sheet was dirty (coffee stains). Mattress was too hard for my taste. Bathroom was good and clean. I don’t like paper cups in room.

Not the best place to treat yourself.

Location of the property was good.

Cons:

No housekeeping, rooms remained filthy throughout our stay despite pleading with almost every single employee in the hotel. Nothing changed, we were then informed by the reception that they don’t clean rooms. Air-conditioning is almost non existent. Should be removed off your booking site as a facility. Trying to save on the your clients’ comfort is not really a good business strategy.

Pros:

Ubicación bastante buena, a 1 cuadra del Rosergaten y con el bus 10 en la puerta para ir al centro histórico, las instalaciones excelentes, tiene un rooftop hermoso en el piso 7, al lado un super coop con todo lo necesario rn cuanto s comida preparada, el desayuno muy bueno.

工作人员专业且热心！夜间屋内有昆虫进入，我本人非常害怕虫子，值班的工作人员非常友善的帮忙放生到了室外。

Localização excelente, ao lado do RoseGarden, Mercado Coop e Parque dos Ursos, ônibus ligando a estaçao de trem na porta do Hotel , em um trajeto bem rapido!!

You get what you see. Bei dynamischen Preisen, war PLV diesmal nicht so toll

Grosses, helles Zimmer. Kein Schniggschnagg wie ein Ibis Budget. Mir gefällt das. Sauberkeit Zimmer, Bad & Wäsche war wie immer tipptopp. Rs hat neu Becher aus Karton. Lampen waren auch neu (schwarz statt silber).

Cons:

Gelbe Stoff-Sofas im Entree und Teppiche in den Gängen sind schmuddelig anzusehen, obwohl sicher gesaugt und shamponiert. Beides müsste erneuert werden, gibt schlechten ersten Eindruck.
