Categories

Cleanliness
6.5
Multiple reviews cite specific cleanliness problems (hair in shower/sink, dust, dirty corridors, chewing gum on walls, missing face towels), though many rooms are described as 'clean' or 'very clean' as well — overall below target due to recurring complaints.
Service
7.5
Mixed feedback: several comments praise friendly/helpful staff (esp. breakfast/reception staff), while others report disorganized or inattentive receptionists and demotivated employees — moderately positive but inconsistent.
Location
9
Consistently praised for location relative to Geneva and airport bus connections; noted as convenient for early flights and well-placed for short stays.
Room Quality
8
Rooms described as functional, comfortable beds and adequate family rooms, but small in size and with some basic equipment issues (toilets, missing towels) — generally good for a budget hotel.
Amenities
6.5
Amenities are limited for a budget property and Wi‑Fi is repeatedly reported as poor/unreliable; breakfast service exists but other amenities are minimal.
Value for Money
9
Numerous reviews explicitly state good or great value for money for short stays or early flights; frequently recommended as economical and appropriate for the price.
Food and Beverage
8
Breakfast impressions vary: several guests praise a complete/very good breakfast, while some call it weak compared to other locations; overall slightly above average.
Overall Experience
9.5
Overall sentiment trends positive with many 'super'/'génial' reviews and repeat recommendations for short/budget stays, balanced by issues in cleanliness and Wi‑Fi; net guest experience is favorable for the target market.

Pros:

Good value if you just need a place to stay before an early flight from GVA. A short walk to the bus and one transfer will get you to the airport as early as 6:00 am. Very little else in the area in terms of restaurants. I'd stay there again if faced with an early flight from GVA

Établissement correct mais personnel exécrable
Pros:
