I recently stayed at the Raffles Hotel while attending the Blackpool Dance Festival, and it was an excellent choice.

From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was warm and welcoming. The hotel is exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, and full of thoughtful touches that make you feel genuinely cared for. My room was comfortable, quiet, and well equipped, with attention to detail that you don’t often find in larger hotels. These are qualities frequently highlighted by other guests as well.

One of the biggest advantages is the location. It is close enough to walk to Blackpool’s main attractions and the Winter Gardens, yet far enough away to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.

Breakfast was outstanding each morning, with plenty of choice and high-quality ingredients. The service throughout my stay was consistently friendly, professional, and attentive. It is clear that the owners take great pride in maintaining a high standard and making guests feel at home.

As someone visiting from New York for the festival, I appreciated having a comfortable and relaxing base after long days of dancing and spectating. The combination of cleanliness, excellent service, great breakfast, and convenient location made this one of the highlights of my trip.

I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Blackpool and would highly recommend it to anyone attending the Dance Festival or visiting the area.

Super warm welcome in heart of Blackpool
Pros:

Second stay at Raffles - loved it both times. Very comfortable, warm, clean and super welcoming; Janine and Tim are consummate hosts and go out of their way to make everyone have a lovely stay. Lots of extras in the room and bathrooms and bedrooms are spotless. Very cheery decor and in keeping with all the fun of Blackpool and showbusiness! Great location - 5 mins or so on foot to Tower and other key locations. Silent at night and very cosy beds - slept very well!

Great little hotel in Blackpool - a hidden gem!

Fabulous hotel!
Pros:

Very welcoming. Short walk to the Tower, Grand Theatre, winter Gardens. Very comfortable beds & delicious breakfast. I would return.

Cons:

No lift & only one ground floor bedroom. So not really suitable for disabled unless you can get the ground floor room.

The friendliness of tim, the little touches in the room Blackpool rock and comfy slippers!! What a beautiful hotel so welcoming. Would definitely stay here again and thankyou for the Easter eggs such a thoughtful thing to do, so clean and comfy and also the breakfast was amazing
