We had trouble getting in with the card but we phoned and within ten minutes a member of the security staff arrived and gave us a new card which worked so in the end all was ok.
The room looked out on to a busy road which was quite noisy even during the night. Great views, though!
The balcony door did not lock.
Washing-up water comes up through the bath plug hole - not very pleasant!
There were quite a lot of crumbs around in one of the cupboards and a few on the surfaces.
There was no wiping cloth to use in the kitchen, just a sponge which wasn't very effective.
There are no bedside lights so if you want to read in bed you have to get out of bed again to switch off the lights.
The location was great for where we needed to be. The instructions were clear and the parking was plentiful.
There was no A/C and the bedding was around 10tog in over 35 Celcius weather. Another option for summer style bedding would be nice.
It’s quite a tired apartment. It’s fine for a short stay (one or two nights) but I wouldn’t want to stay longer.
Great location for visiting Headlingley. The Grande studio apartment was spacious and bed was comfortable.
I think there needs to be more attention to detail. We booked two rooms. In room 022 the curtains weren’t properly hung, a cereal bowl had been replaced unwashed in the cupboard and smelled horrible. The fridge door didn’t close properly..The blinds on the dormer windows in room 015 didn’t fit properly . The fan in room 022 was small and ineffective and was no rug on the floor. But in the other room we booked room 015 there was a rug and the fan was bigger and very effective!
The rooms were clean and the staff made it extremely easy as we were a group of 16 and people getting there at different times. Thank you to Stacey for making it so seamless.

Clean, comfortable, well equipped

Stayed here before. It is ideal for Headingley cricket and rugby grounds, and I'm guessing that the bus opposite would take you in to Leeds. Appartments are clean and spacious. No complaints.
Nothing wrong with the flat but Booking.com didn't send me a confirmation or pin code. Fortunately Roomzzz had my details and were very helpful.
