Pros:

Paid small fee at Hotel O Hotel 916 for better view. Upgrade worth every penny with balcony access. Staff explained different room types and pricing transparently without pressure tactics.

I went with my family are we book 2room one is family room and other room queen bed...in the review look like good and also the picture look like good that's why i book.. but after when there I feel so bad I thought wrongly book .. i have three months baby not clean at all ... After reach I asked the stuff we are looking for two room both also I need opposite or next to me but there are giving one is front and other is the end so we are keep on ask 2times to change the room after my husband shouting then only we get.... So if you are looking for cleaners or you have baby please don't look this hotel not too brush and TV control aircon control also not working

If you're looking for budget and cheapest hotel you can go for this .... If looking for standard and good savings cleaners please don't...for me is 1st time in KL so I don't know anything so I book in booking.com.... we are really unhappy this hotel.... In the picture only is showing is very cleaners the goodness is if you want to go temple Batu caves is nearby ....

Cons:

1. Staff perempuan yang dduk reception sangat biadap. Suka hati dia campak ic orang. Adap tak ada. Boleh ubah letak warganegara kat kaunter depan. Foreigner ni biadap buat macam negara sendiri.

2. Towel mmg provide 2 helai untuk queen room tapi si foreigner perempuan bagi sehelai, saya mintak baru bagi lagi 1 helai. Sepatutnya takperlu client minta baru bagi, memang kena bagi 2 helai terus.

3. Bilik bersemut. Atas meja ada semut, dekat dinding pon ada semut. Rajin-rajin buat pest control dalam setiap bilik.

4. Pintu bilik takboleh kunci, akses card not function well.
