Brilliant little hotel which felt more an apart-hotel in perfect location to enjoy beautiful Ciutadella

Très bon séjour au coeur de Ciutadella
Pros:

Personnel très attentionné, excellent petit-déjeuner copieux et varié, et emplacement idéal au coeur de Ciutadella.
Chambre spacieuse et calme, mais un peu sombre (manque d'éclairage).

Cons:

La température extérieure était basse et la salle du petit-déjeuner n'était pas chauffée. Il y faisait vraiment froid.

Nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueillis par le personnel de l'hôtel. Merci Amaria.

L'emplacement est exceptionnel.

La chambre était très calme, propre, lumineuse et décorée avec goût.

Nous recommandons le petit déjeuner offrant un large choix de produits frais, sain et de saison.

Cet hôtel est une véritable pépite à Ciutadella.

Unser Aufenthalt hier war toll. Das Hotel ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und diese Sorgfalt spürt man in sämtlichen Bereichen: von der Zubereitung des Frühstücks bis hin zur Lösung größerer und kleiner Probleme! Das Team ist außerordentlich nett und hilfsbereit und wird mit einem sehr persönlichen Stil geführt.
Wir waren nur mit Mountainbikes unterwegs und fanden die Lage des Hotels und den Ort dafür top geeignet.
Also alles perfekt!

A beautiful and charming place.
Pros:

Beautiful place, with great attention to detail. We were staying there during the low season and it was extremely quiet. The stuff and the owner are all are very friendly and pleasant. We’ll be back!

Cons:

The mattress is of high quality, handmade with natural materials, but its firmness may not be to everyone’s taste. I’ve informed the owner, who very politely promised to do something about it in the near future.
This is the only thing I would improve in this otherwise charming hotel.

Beautiful design, fantastic breakfast & friendly staff
Pros:

Our room was very spacious, with a stunning cast iron bath. Great design, comfortable bed, quiet but the best part was the private roof terrace with amazing views.
Enrica who welcomed us was very friendly and full of recommendations to explore the town and nearby beaches. Breakfast served on beautiful patio, a la carte, everything cooked from scratch.

Pros:

Unique and full of character. I loved the way they incorporated a modern minimalistic design into an historic building.
Breakfast tailored and top quality.
There’s a bar with a good selection of wines (also natural) and a nice cheeseboard to go with it.
The food menu looked great but we didn’t have an opportunity to taste it due to a short stay.

Cons:

I didn't like that I was able to stay only for one night.
Looking forward to another, longer visit.

Stylish, welcoming, comfortable, great location.
Pros:

Highlights:
1. Breakfast. A choice of two starters, a main, two hot drinks and a cold drink. Food was a great quality, all freshly made by the chef in the kitchen next to the dining space. Such a good breakfast certainly sustained me until dinner time. The owners clearly care about great, local food.
2. Enrica. She is the most marvellous host. Helped me with directions, ideas for days out, buses and general enthusiasm for the island. Lent me a beach towel and arranged takeaway breakfast on my final day. Nothing seemed like too much trouble for her.
3. Location. Perfect for exploring Ciutadella. Peaceful. Private. And easy to get to local attractions such as the beaches, Cami de Cavells and Lithica.
4. Rooms. Beautifully designed and minimalist, making them a peaceful retreat. Bed and pillows very comfortable.

Cons:

I would have preferred a mug in my room (alongside the glasses) and for coffee to be provided alongside the teabags.
