Clean stylish fantastic location and owner messaged us ahead of the trip with helpful information - great attention to detail and customer service
Location was great. We were only staying one night, so central location was key. Staff were lovely and there was lots of communication before our visit helping us to find a great spot to see the eclipse and have dinner afterwards.
Our room, Spinning Plates, was very bright and spacious and with lovely furniture and features.

Excellent position in the historical centre of ciutadella. The staff was caring and friendly. The design and style are nice.
The AC system works differently from usual (additional indications were needed and have been provided by the host upon asking).
Struttura davvero molto interessante, situata nel cuore di Ciutadella de Menorca, a pochi passi dalla Cattedrale. La posizione è estremamente strategica per esplorare questo splendido angolo dell’isola. Gli ambienti sono curati nei minimi dettagli e offrono un elevato livello di comfort, rendendo il soggiorno particolarmente piacevole.
La struttura condivide alcuni spazi con il ristorante sottostante, per cui il personale non sempre è immediatamente disponibile.
L’aria condizionata potrebbe essere migliorata: il raffrescamento era piuttosto lieve e, durante la notte, si interrompeva per circa due ore senza una ragione apparente.
Si tratta comunque di aspetti facilmente migliorabili in una struttura che, nel complesso, è già vicina alla perfezione.
Todo, la ubicación es perfecta, el personal amable, la decoración con muy buen gusto y te hace sentir como en casa. La dueña muy amable y siempre pendiente de ti.

Personnel très attentionné, excellent petit-déjeuner copieux et varié, et emplacement idéal au coeur de Ciutadella.
Chambre spacieuse et calme, mais un peu sombre (manque d'éclairage).
La température extérieure était basse et la salle du petit-déjeuner n'était pas chauffée. Il y faisait vraiment froid.
Nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueillis par le personnel de l'hôtel. Merci Amaria.
L'emplacement est exceptionnel.
La chambre était très calme, propre, lumineuse et décorée avec goût.
Nous recommandons le petit déjeuner offrant un large choix de produits frais, sain et de saison.
