Beautiful setting in gardens
Pros:

Beautiful gardens, feels like you are in a park not the city. Comfortable stay, very ease since we had a function on site. Function facilities at the river with nice viewa

Cons:

Staff were very friendly and helpful but dis-organized. Waiter at the function not trained and we had to repeat our choice of meal several times and still they battle to get it done. Booked us into a room with our suite cases in a different room. Had to hunt down our luggage.

World class hotel nestled in nature
Pros:

The hotel is world class, really love the natural surroundings and peace of nature. The room was exceptional, we had everything we need and reception and the staff were willing to help with whatever we needed. I would highly recommend it for a weekend break or an extended time within an hour away from Sandton

Amazing stay, definitely coming back with my friends this time. I loved the care and treatment.
Pros:

I like the views from my room, pool area, the restaurant makes really great dinners. The attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. Princess treatment only which I appreciated.

Cons:

I didn’t enjoy my breakfast.
