Pros:

対応してくださったスタッフさんが皆さんめっちゃ優しくて丁寧で素敵でした！
お部屋は何か香りがついてるわけではなさそうでしたが、私にはすごく落ち着く匂いがして癒されましたぁ❤︎
バストイレは黒でまとめられたシンプルな感じで、より一層ワクワクしました！
あと！！朝ごはんのおにぎり&お味噌汁が美味しすぎました🤤（個人的に一番美味しかったおにぎりの具はカジキのしぐれ煮です！）
ぜひまた泊まりたいです！！

Cons:

強いて言うなら、洗面台にあるコップですが、蓋がついてたのに中に繊維？ホコリ？とかが入っててちょっと気になってしまいました😅

何もかもがおしゃれ
Pros:

おしゃれなお部屋でアメニティも充実していて良かったです。シャンプーセットがいい香りだったので使ってみました。サラサラになり大満足でした。朝ごはん、いつもより食べ過ぎました。おにぎり、お味噌汁美味しかったです。

5 star service and an excellent location
Pros:

Kamakura Hotel was right by the train station for both incoming from Tokyo and the Enoden train line and next to the main shopping street - but it was just removed enough to be quiet. The rooms we booked had super comfortable beds with a big bath and a balcony. But what stood out with this hotel was the amazing staff. From our incredible welcome to the way the staff greeted us as we arrived and left the hotel during our stay, and the bar staff as well as the included breakfast and how it was served - this was 5 star service and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is modern but has a traditional Japanese ryokan feeling about it. Truly a wonderful experience.

Pros:

Veldig fint sted, perfekt lokasjon rett ved stasjonen. Rommene var fine, rene og personalet kjempehyggelige! Frokost var japansk, dvs suppe og ris som var gøy å spise når vi var i Japan.

Cons:

At de tok ekstra bord kostnad for å ta en øl i baren, selv om det ikke var mye.

チェックイン、チェックアウト後に荷物を預かって欲しいと頼んだら快く引き受けてくれました。また参拝に行く前に5円玉の両替をして頂けてとても助かりました！
ロケーションも良く、お部屋も綺麗で心地よく過ごせました。朝食のおにぎりとお味噌汁がとても美味しかったです。おかわりできるのもポイント！

ゴージャスな施設でなくとも、心地よい感じが何より鎌倉らしいと思いました。あたかも、素朴な材料で客をもてなす「けんちん汁」のような安心感が嬉しかったです。

何より、スタッフの皆さんの細やかな心配りがありがたかったです。部屋の雰囲気も心地良いものでしたし、お風呂も洋式のバストイレ一体式ではなく、浴槽の外でしっかり体を洗い流せるのが最高でした。朝食のおにぎりと味噌汁も大変気に入りました。

Cons:

少しこじんまりとしたホテルかな？と感じましたが、限られた客室数なのは心地良いサービスを提供するためと伺い、なるほどと納得しました。

駅前とは思えない程静かでした。
お部屋も広くてベッドが小上がりにあって
靴を脱いでベッドに入ることができ良かったです
朝食のおむすびが数種類からチョイスでき、お米が美味しかったです勿論お味噌汁も！お茶も甘味がありほっとできました。
