Review Highlights

Pros:

Excellent breakfast and food; varied and well presented
Very clean, comfortable and elegant rooms
Great location with attractive views (opposite ferry terminal / harbour views)
Good facilities including sauna and steam bath
Cons:
Occasional problems with room assignments/views (paid upgrade not giving sea view)
Construction noise during stay in at least one case
Inconsistent or odd staff policies (photo restriction) and occasional arrogance
Laundry service quality issues (items not feeling properly cleaned)
Minor room shortcomings (dark bathroom, limited bathrobe availability, makeshift nightstand)

Categories

Cleanliness
8.8
Multiple guests describe the hotel as very clean and spotless, though one guest complained that laundry was not properly cleaned.
Service
8.8
Staff are frequently described as friendly, professional and helpful, but a few reports note overbearing or unnecessary policies (photo restriction) and an occasionally arrogant attitude.
Location
8.8
Several mentions of an excellent, central location (opposite the ferry terminal, perfect location) and great views; a few guests were disappointed by city vs sea-view assignments or said location could be slightly better.
Room Quality
8.3
Rooms are generally comfortable and elegant, but there are recurring issues: wrong/unspecified views (paid upgrade not delivering sea view), dark bathrooms, and minor furniture inconveniences.
Amenities
8.7
Facilities (sauna, steam bath, other hotel facilities) are praised as excellent, though some small shortcomings were noted (bathrobe only for one person, occasional construction noise affecting experience).
Value for Money
8
Overall value is positive for many guests, but specific issues (paid upgrade that did not produce the expected sea view; laundry not meeting expectations) reduce perceived value for some.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast and meals are repeatedly described as excellent, varied and well presented; this is one of the strongest aspects in the reviews.
Overall Experience
8.4
Most guests report a very enjoyable stay and would return or recommend the hotel; a few disruptions (construction noise, inconsistent staff policies) slightly detract from an otherwise strong overall experience.

Très mauvaise expérience.
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’établissement

Cons:
