A great choice in central Koblenz
Pros:

Perfect location (5 minute walk to Stadtmitte train station, many restaurants and major sights within 10 minute walk)
The hotel was pretty full but quiet at night, even though there was a concert on the fortress as well as Pride Koblenz during our stay.
Clean rooms, comfortabke beds, A/C, great lightning, fast lift, pleasant lobby, double pillows...
I'd choose to stay there again.

Cons:

The room was much smaller than it looked in the pictures.
Not enough towel hooks or clothes hangers.

Wir waren sehr zentral und doch ruhig untergebracht.

Cons:

Die Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder war sehr kompliziert, dafür aber auch sicher.

Kein eigenes Parkhaus. Die Zimmer sehr klein und minimalistische Ausstattung.
Frühstück hat Optimierungsbedarf.

Pros:

Mir hat die Nähe zur Altstadt gefallen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal freundlich. Ich war schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und werde es wieder buchen.

Cons:

Telefonisch landet man immer erst in einer Zentrale und nicht sofort im Hotel selbst.

Pros:

Posizione centralissima, praticamente in centro

Cons:

Staff alla reception scostante e svogliato
Servizio colazione completamente disorganizzato, manca continuamente qualcosa, i tavoli restano ingombri di stoviglie abbandonate e sporchi
La camera non viene rifatta se non a richiesta, con la scusa dell'ambiente
In camera e in bagno mancano del tutto spazi e ganci per vestiti e asciugamani
La struttura non ha parcheggio proprio, ma ci sono diversi centri commerciali nelle vicinanze in cui lasciare la macchina; attenzione che solamente alcuni applicano un massimo giornaliero, con altri si rischia di pagare molto

Das Frühstück war hervorragend und der Service beim Frühstück auch. Wir sind beide gehbehindert und wir würden gut unterstützt von Svenja. Vorbildlich.

Ideal für Städte Kurztripp
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, gut erreichbar vom Bhf mit Bus, direkt in der Altstadt! Klimaanlage

Cons:

Keine Möglichkeit Kleider etc hinzuhängen, es gibt zwar 6 Kleiderbügel, aber weder Schrank noch hohe Haken!! Keine Schubladen! Auch im Bad keine Haken für Handtücher! Schlechte WLAN Verbindung. Frühstücksbuffet leider aus Fertigprodukten.
