Ich war in meinem ganzen Leben noch nie in einem Hotel, das so wenig hilfsbereit war und in dem auf keine einzige meiner Fragen eine Antwort kam; dass man Tourist ist, spielt für sie absolut keine Rolle – man stellt eine Frage, während das Personal sich Videos auf dem Handy ansieht und einfach nicht antwortet.

Cons:

Pros:

Отличный отель. К сожалению, в октябре месяце открытый бассейн уже не работал. Но полагаю, в теплое время года это будет хорошим дополнением. Отличное обслуживание на ресепшн и в ресторане, внимательный персонал. Отличное предложение за разумные деньги.

Cons:

Во время пребывания перед отелем работала техника, вскрывали дорогу. Но это не сильно испортило впечатление.

Great hotel with a pool, just few steps from the center.
Pros:

Nice and comfortable hotel with great view over Mt Ararat from the balcony. Swimming pool was a big benefit for hot September days.

Cons:

Nothing to complain.

Lovely location, great view and super nice pool area.
Pros:

The hotel situates at a prime location, about 20 min walk from the center. In this area there are new high standard buildings. We liked the most the view from our suite overlooking toward the Ararat, and beside that we enjoyed a lot the beautiful and super clean pool. The suite was comfortable and the AC worked well.

Cons:

The daily cleaning didn't work properly. We had to ask several times and beside that it didn't happen.

Pros:

La piscine est intéressante
Personnel des chambres très gentil

Cons:

Musique trop forte autour de la piscine
Petit déjeuner inadmissible
Literie très vieillissante, matelas pas du tout confortable, oreiller trop épais.
On a demandé de changer de chambre car ça sentait les égouts (canalisations) à chaque fois qu’on rentrait dans la chambre, la dame de la réception n’a pas voulu apporter de solution avec un ton désagréable et méprisant.

Hotel agréable mais le personnel est très peu acceuillant et pas du tout souriant.
Pros:

le petit déjeuner est correct. La chambre restait quand même confortable. Un petit rafraichissement de l'établissement ne serait pas de trop. L’hôtel est idéal pour un court séjour de quelques jours mais pas plus.

Cons:

Le comportement du personnel à l’accueil, au petit déjeuner ou au restaurant est le vrai point noir de ce séjour. Dès mon arrivée le ton à été donné avec une hôtesse d’accueil froide et complétement refermée. Lors de certaines difficultés ce n'est clairement pas la peine de les déranger car la réponse et négative. Pas un seul sourire de tout mon séjour d'une semaine. Cela met un climat très austère et particulièrement désagréable.

The overall impression was good. The breakfast was delicious, and I especially liked the pool.

Cons:

The housekeeping left a stranger’s dirty and damp towels on top of my open suitcase, directly on my clean clothes. My own towels were hanging on the rack.
