Pros:

Wir haben nach 2 Tagen gegen geringen Aufpreis ein größeres Zimmer bekommen, da uns das Standardzimmer zu klein war. Dieses war dann wirklich sehr geräumig.
Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Cons:

Man musste zum Frühstücken in eine sehr kleine Bar, in der es nur zwei Barhocker und ansonsten keine Sitzplätze gab. Man konnte sich auch Croissants (durchaus sehr lecker) und Cappuccino aufs Zimmer bringen lassen. Dann natürlich in Schachteln und Pappbechern. Aber wer gerne schön frühstückt, wird hier enttäuscht.
In der Dusche befand sich etwas Schimmel, auch wenn ansonsten alles sauber geputzt wurde.
Die Unterkunft liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Deshalb ist es rund um die Uhr sehr laut. Aber das ist halt Neapel.

Pros:

Posizione centrale e baricentrica dep quartiere Chiaia.
Reception effettivamente presidiata ad orario e non solamente all arrivo come capita nella maggior parte dei beb. Camere confortevoli.
