Betten angenehm, korrekte Verdunkelung, Duschtür war dicht, Föhn vorhanden, Handtücher im Bad weich und saugfähig, Fahrstuhl funktionierte, beim Auschecken eine sehr freundliche Rezeptionistin + Lehrling, ich liebe die Stühle im Zimmer

kein Toaster in der "voll ausgestatteten Küche" im Zimmer (der Toaster im Frühstücksbüfett war lahm und 50% defekt), Schneidebrett zerkrümelte bei der Nutzung, Küchenhandtuch saugte Feuchtigkeit nicht auf, WC-Sitz war schräg, Zimmerfenster war sehr klein und kaum zu öffnen, Ablage überm Waschbecken im Bad verunmöglicht Nutzung des Waschbeckens, MiniMülleimer, keine Schere, massives Bügelbrett schrumpfte den Schrank, W-Lan flackerte manchmal, keine Infos zum Hotel oder zur Stadt, das Quietschen der Badezimmertür erweckt Tote

Ideal für einen Kurzurlaub geeignet.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Einkaufsstraße, es gibt viele Restaurants und Shopping Möglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Unser Zimmer lag nach hinten raus und war sehr ruhig. Viele Parkhäuser befinden sich in der Nähe und sind alle sehr gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Pros:

Daß für die Hotelgäste kein Platz im Restaurant war und alle Tische für Gäste von Außen reserviert waren..Man hat uns nicht nach unserem Anliegen gefragt ob wohl einige Tische erst ab 19 Uhr reserviert waren.
Wir wollten nur eine kleine Mahlzeit vor der Vorstellung essen.
