It was as advertised , clean , close to beach and quite layed back .

The whole package. The owners were great. The room was exceptional and bed was so comfy. Nice and clean. Breakfast was cooked fresh both mornings and piping hot. It was a great break from start to finish.
It's not really a dislike but with the room being on the 1st floor , the stairs were hard for the wife as she has MS. But it didn't alter the weekend 1 bit. Just helped her sleep better. 👍
Warm and friendly from the moment we arrived. Even as it was my birthday there was a free bottle of bubbly which was unexpected.

Absolutely brilliant 💯 lovely couple very polite couldn't of wished for a better stay very very clean the room was excellent the breakfast was perfect and presented very well and most of all it was hot

Great location, only a gentle stroll to where it all happens. Room was lovely and clean, and spacious, and the walk-in bathroom was large.
Breakfast options a plenty, but their big full English is the biggest i've had, excellent!
