Horrible staff. They’re stand offish and rude for no reason. I had a package delivered and they lost it. I was speaking with a Brian who hung up on me with utter disrespect. Armand the manager was the worst- instead of looking at the actual picture proof they took the package he said “go walk over to the other hotel” to a disabled person. The lack of integrity about a package they lost and then the widespread rudeness and disrespect was awful. No one should subject themselves to them.

A clean bed is a must for a good hotel stay. Arriving after midnight and a long drive the last thing someone wants to do

Cons:

Paying to park at the hotel you’re staying at ridiculous. What was I supposed to do, walk here? It’s not even any security walking around out there to watch the cars.

I will be staying at this Cambria location in the future! Thank you Cambria for a great experience.
Pros:

Everything about this place was remarkable. The staff was kind and friendly, the food was delicious, the rooms are spacious, and then they had an open bar.

Cons:

It's near the airport so you hear the planes taking off every 2-3 minutes. Even that was NOT a problem for me. I would still visit this hotel again.
