Very noisy - only got 3 hours sleep
Pros:

Bedroom (room 1) was clean & comfortable. Communal areas also clean & large shower. Parking close by. Helpful staff on phone

Sorry but there is a long list from me. Not all the fault of the owners.
Firstly Boston itself was depressing, very little do to and clearly socially deprived. Pubs & food options were pretty dire.

In terms of property be aware they have changed the entry system to rooms, the key boxes are no longer in use. The white door at top of stairs will be unlocked. Use the same code for room as front door.

Note for owners to replace lampshade in room as it’s falling apart. See photo.

The main issue was the noise. The person above me was up until 1.30am and every time they moved the floorboards creaked loudly. They got up at 5.20 and more creaking woke me up so I had 3 hours sleep. Then a bin lorry came past at 5.30 and a large road sweeper lorry at 6.20. So loud & flashing lights. Please can the owners sort out the flooring & get double glazing. I was so tired that after driving to my next stop (Ely) I slept in my car for an hour.

Would absolutely not go back to Boston or this accommodation. The score is only 4 because of cleanliness & staff. The noise issue would give it a 1

Grealt affordable rooms close to town
Pros:

The close proximity to the Town centre and nearby parking. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Having a fan in the room was a massive bonus as it was hot so really needed one to sleep.

Cons:

Foe the rooms upstairs the only thing I can comment on was having to go downstairs to make a brew. Having tea/coffee facilities to make a drink in your room would enhance the stay here greatly.

Pros:

Just right for an overnight stay ..

Cons:

The shower is not designed for a person 6ft to stand under shower head as low ceiling and low ceilings in bedroom advise to sit on bed if taking something over your head and I had to buy batteries for the remote control as none in there 😔

Es gab zunächst Kommunikationsprobleme, ich habe aber telefonisch jemanden erreicht und die Codes, die ich brauchte bekommen, mein Fahrrad war sicher verwahrt.

It was ok, wouldn’t rebook though.
Pros:

The room was warm and comfortable and clean

Cons:

There was no lift, isn’t suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The parking isn’t wonderful, luckily I found a space outside the property, but told to move it at 7am the next morning to avoid a ticket
