O hotel tem estrutura, é de frente para a praia e o café da manhã é excelente.

Cons:

Infelizmente o ar condicionado do meu quarto não estava funcionando. Ninguém avisou e só fui saber às 23h quando já estava indo dormir. O atendente disse que o problema se deu em.todo o andar na parte da tarde mas ninguém avisou e nos ofertou outro quarto. Quando fui reclamar, já era tarde, não havia condicão de arrumar tudo para trocar de quarto tão tarde da noite.

A great place to stay in Cefalu!
Pros:

As others have said, great location. Sit on the beach with a hotel lounger or walk a few minutes into the old town. Epic views of the town and ocean if you have a ocean view room. Very comfortable updated room and bed. Fantastic breakfast with an omelette chef and more great views of the town and ocean. Free gated parking across from the hotel.

Cons:

Ordered a panini from the bar which was not great.

Great location, excellent breakfast, friendly staff.
Pros:

Excellent location for beach activities and also about 12 min walk to Cefalu Old Town. Breakfast was a plentiful, with very good variety of items. Hotel service and staff were attentive, pleasant and accommodating. Having parking on premises was a big plus. We had an enjoyable but short stay at Sea Palace. We would have stayed there again.

Not a Five-Star Hotel — Absolutely Nothing Resembling Luxury Service

Cefalù Sea Palace may officially carry a five-star rating, but the actual experience is nowhere near five-star standards.

There is absolutely nothing about the service that resembles genuine luxury hospitality. Management appears determined to cut costs at every opportunity, sacrificing guest comfort, quality, and attention to detail.

There is no doorman, no luggage assistance, and no proper valet parking. The standard rooms are particularly disappointing, with small beds, cheap linens, and thin, rough towels. The suite was considerably nicer, but even there, basic amenities were missing.

No complimentary bottled water, no coffee machine, no hair conditioner, and no bathrobes unless requested. Even a kettle, extra blankets, and pillows must be specifically requested.

Breakfast is uninspiring, and the dining presentation is embarrassingly cheap. Salt and pepper come in tiny paper sachets, just like at McDonald's. Guests are also subjected to patronizing instructions about what they may leave in the refrigerator or take from the breakfast area.

The internet was so poor that we had to change rooms to obtain an acceptable connection.

The most striking aspect of this hotel is the relentless cost-cutting. Every detail reflects an effort to save money rather than provide guests with comfort or pleasure.

The location is attractive, and the suite was pleasant, but neither makes this a luxury hotel.

Extremely disappointing. Absolutely nothing about the service justifies a five-star rating or luxury prices.

Alcuni servizi della piscina non funzionavano
Poco controllo in piscina : molti entravano senza farsi la doccia e alcuni addirittura dopo la palestra entravano direttamente dentro la piscina senza prima lavarsi in camera poi darsi la doccia prima di entrare dentro la piscina
La gente , soprattutto adulti francesi, giocava con la palla occupando gran parte della piscina impedendo di rilassarsi , solo dopo il rimprovero hanno smesso

Vraiment superbe
Pros:

L’emplacement est génial, tout près de tout. Avec une vue, magnifique depuis le Restaurant de nuit comme de jour. Juste dans la chambre la vue mer, c’est une 1/2 vue. Mais en ayant la plage devant l’hôtel et une jolie piscine ainsi qu’un magnifique Spa, on oublie qu’on n’a pas la vue sur la mer. L Hotel est blanc, très beau le Restaurant et sa terrasse sont particulièrement beaux.
La patronne est vraiment adorable, originale, très cultivée, elle connaît tout sur l’histoire de la Sicile, de Cefalu et c’est très intéressant de l’écouter. La nourriture du restaurant est très bonne, le petit déjeuner est magnifique. Je rêve encore des cannoli et de la Cassata.

Cons:

J’aurais bien aimé avoir une vue sur la mer. Donc il faut vraiment bien lire pour avoir une chambre avec vue sur la mer.
