Pros:

Equipe gentil, café da manhã variado, ótimo tamanho do quarto e bom custo-benefício.

Cons:

Já havia me hospedado no hotel anteriormente, e me pareceu que a qualidade caiu um pouco. As toalhas do banheiro estavam velhas e gastas. Como hotel estava bastante cheio durante a estadia, o café da manhã acabou ficando um pouco caótico. Acredito que a situação poderia ter sido melhor administrada pela equipe, com maior agilidade na liberação das mesas e organização dos hóspedes conforme as mesas fossem ficando disponíveis.

Bom hotel, mas péssimo estacionamento
Pros:

A localização e a cama são os pontos fortes desse hotel. O atendimento da recepção é muito bom e atencioso. O quarto tem um tamanho razoável.

Cons:

Janelas sujas e não ficam abertas. Havia infiltração do box para o quarto com claro aspecto de mofo. O hotel deveria cuidar desse ponto antes de liberar o quarto para hóspedes. O sistema de estacionamento é HORRÍVEL!!. Uma empresa gerencia, guardam nosso carro e para pegar de volta é um martírio.
