Zeer prettig hotel voor een fijne prijs!
Pros:

Het ontbijt is mega uitgebreid en super vers. Het personeel is fantastisch. Altijd lachen, vriendelijk en in voor een praatje. De kamer was schoon en het geld meer dan waard.

Cons:

De omgeving is iets minder, je zit aan een drukke weg dus je kunt last hebben van het verkeer.

Everything was OK - comfortable and convenient - especially the Parking. A bit noisy at night from outside but to be expected. Coffee shop was very good and breakfast was excellent. We appreciated the Smoking floor.

Great Choice for our Short Family Stay in Surabaya
Pros:

We really enjoyed the nice breakfast buffet, especially with the children's play room. As it is a separate room with glass walls, you can enjoy a quiet breakfast while keeping an eye on your kids. The hotel staff was very supportive and the hotel offered everything we needed (good room, small gym, appealing overall design).

Cons:

whenever you enter the room and put your room card into the slot for lights and electricity, the TV is automatically turned on - somewhat annoying and not sustainable
