Helpful staff when we saw them. Upgraded us to a family room which was nice of them this was nice and spacious. Very comfy bed
Hotel could do with a lick of paint. Walls in reception has scuff marks all over them. Once upstairs the same throughout messy walls. Once inside the room it was basic but nice but again the walls need re-doing with marks all over them cracks showing. The floor parts of it was uneven even a loose board
A small single room, but all the facilities were packed in.
The Wi-Fi could not cope with the number of people using it at peak times.
It was was very close to the train station!
Walls need repainting; they were dthe irty in the room and the same in the corridors! Mould on the grout in the shower, shower base had some stains!

It was a very hot day.
Room was very well kept. Everything worked as it should. Shower was excellent. No issues with the water temperature. Soap & mini shampoo bottles on the sink. Plenty of space for bags / clothes etc. Small wardrobe and under the bed space as well. Once I got in was given a warm welcome and taken to my room. Was given outside door and WiFi codes. Was very quiet inside hotel and really quiet outside as well. Very happy with my stay and would stay again. Was staying there as had a works do at the rugby club and this hotel was close to Redditch Town centre and a short walk to the club as well as being very well priced. For security the front door is locked and the reception is not manned so you need to ring the hotel to get a staff member to come and check you in..
Just a couple of minor issues. There was no shower mat so the floor by the shower door got a bit wet as water ran down the shower door and dripped onto the floor. The mirror above the sink was fixed in landscape and not portrait fashion. I'm only 5ft 2 so was not able to see my full face which meant shaving had to be done on tiptoe. Not too easy when you are using a bladed razor!!
A cheap, clean hotel providing a comfortable overnight stop. It does what is needed very well.
The staff were polite and helpful.
Another socket near the bed would be helpful. In our room there seemed to be a problem with the floorboards under the carpet. Nothing which made our stay unpleasant though.
