Pub across the road and our room was opposite. Blinds in room let the light in at night time.. no hot water . The tv never worked. The mattress so uncomfortable.

Dirty shower, used soap and chased for payment at 1am

Huge bed that was comfortable

Cons:

Shower was disgusting, used soap on the shower floor, half used shower gel. Mould and black scum in all the corners and the shower head held up by a wooden stirrer.

No payment was taken on arrival, I assumed it would be taken through booking.com, I was on a night that night and received the following at 1am.

I am waiting for you. I knocked on your door a couple of times, but you were not in your room.

Your payment of £65.03 is due, and I need to process the charge.

Please let me know when you are back.


They asked a couple of times when i would be back which was a bit annoying.

Not very professional and obviously not cleaned the shower.

The hotel was locked when we tried to check in. The room was comfortable but needed decorating. The shower room was real

Comfortable hotel with great value

Very comfortable bed
Clean room with all essentials

Great Communication with the staff and owner. They are welcoming and responsive. Swift check in with clear instruction on WiFi and parking - Free. TV had good channels. We arrived in heat wave, but the room was surprisingly not hot and stuffy. Will stay again.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable, and the hotel was conveniently located close to downtown.

Cons:

There was no service on arrival, and no one was at the main desk. The doors were locked, so we had to call before someone finally came to let us in.

Parking was also a nightmare. They have very limited parking, and it was difficult to find a space.

Pros:

The town where the hotel is located is pleasant

Cons:

The Hotel is within a noisy neighbourhood, cars passing on the raod making noise. My room was too small, and had no air-conditioning
