Zimmer für unseren Geschmack zu dunkel, zu wenig Licht (aber natürlich, Geschmackssache). Sonst sind die Zimmer sehr schön und sauber!
Frühstück kein 5 Sterne Niveau, eher einfache 3 Sterne!
Wenn man das „gute“ Frühstück haben möchte, kostet es extra = so zb. Eier, oder ein Toast mit Avocado etc. Für uns eine absolute Frechheit bei einem Zimmerpreis von 800/ Nacht!!! Absolutes no go!!!!!
Hab ich in dieser Form weltweit noch in keinem Hotel in dieser Preis- Kategorie erlebt ! Möchte man den Pool nutzen, kostet das ebenfalls extra, Sauna ist dazu defekt ‚ als Hotelgast, Geld für den Pool zu bezahlen (50 Euro- wie frech!!!!) ebenfalls eine absolute Frechheit!!! Vermerkt 800- 1000 die Nacht! Würde dieses Hotel niemanden empfehlen! Denn das einzige, womit das Hotel wirklich punktet, ist die Lage, da gibt es andere Hotels, die Gleichwertiges aber günstiger/ besser liefern!
Absolute Enttäuschung, das Hotel. Zu guter letzt, der Service beim
frühstücken, auch eher mäßig, alles sehr lieblos, Kellner ohne Motivation, ein Lächeln sucht man vergebens!

The sound insulation of the room and the doors should be much much better, I got into a night conflict with other guests not knowing how to behave in community, screaming in the night in the corridor.

2 Rooms booked at equal cost - but the rooms did not have equal facilities.
Rooftop Terrace would be fabulous - and was a good part of the reason we booked this hotel. Sadly (and annoyingly) it was booked up for private functions on two nights out of the three we were there - the third night it rained - so we were unable to make full use of it. The dream of sitting in the sun, with a nice drink, overlooking Rome was distinctly different to the reality unfortunately. There are limited alternatives in the hotel to relax with a drink after a hard day - so the rooftop terrace was essential for us.
Mini bar in the room was not restocked or checked correctly - and then we received an unwelcome extra charge following checkout.
I have emailed the hotel twice now to point the above out - but sadly have had no reply or acknowledgment from them at all.
Maybe if they were as quick at replying to a customers concerns, as they are at emailing to say we owe them 8 euros for a bottle of juice we assumed we had already paid for - then I wouldn't have to raise my concerns here?
I am sure - reading other reviews, that I will receive a reply to justify all of this - but I'm sorry - its just not good enough for a 5 star Hotel to ignore a customers concerns and comments.

No windows In our room

We were given an upgrade for night 2 (of the 3), as there were no curtains in our first room. The manger was great and resolved this for us.

But the design of the hotel areas, including bedrooms (and the upgrade) lets this hotel down.

Bedrooms- There is literally no space to put your case, no side to put out any cosmetics, there are no extractor fans in the bathrooms, the bathroom door requires a little finger in a small hole to slide the door open and close and the TV does not work with IPhones and has a couple of channels -so limited options for non Italians available.

Breakfast- the containers for the hot food are plastic, so do not keep the food warm. They are also small, so the eggs ran out every morning, leading to guests waiting. Again all the staff were exceptional though and seemed concerned about waiting guests.

Non mi è piaciuta molto la struttura, molto buia, arredi scuri, poca luce naturale. Non ci sono spazi tipo hall, salottini, …La camera era poco funzionale, spaziosa ma non comoda, pochi appoggi, poche prese. Molto rumoroso l’impianto di riscaldamento/condizionamento. In generale ambiente non molto arieggiato e profumato.

Un prix très cher pour avoir une chambre dans le corridor. Beaucoup de bruits de personnes et des cuisines du restaurant

Beğenmediğim en önemli konu yeni aldığım oldukça pahalı bir kıyafeti yıkamaya verdim fakat kıyafet eskimiş ve tüylenmiş bir şekilde bana geri döndü. Kullanmadan çöpe atmak zorunda kaldım. Çamaşır yıkatmak hem oldukça pahalı hem de kıyafetleriniz için oldukça tehlikeli. Ayrıca rooftop’ın saat 8 de kapanması aşırı komik.
