The TV was better than you'd expect for a hotel room, the room was a good size
The bed wasn't very comfortable and I struggled to sleep on it. The only sauce available at breakfast was a bowl full of tomato ketchup with a spoon, seemed very odd. The only type of egg at breakfast was scrambled. Overall there was very little to separate this breakfast with one I'd had the day before for free in a holiday inn, disappointing when the cost here is £17.
Spent a lovely 1 night break at the hotel. Warm welcome from staff, lovely meals, value for money. Breakfast was plentiful and a good variety.

The location was good with beatiful city view from the 10th floor, where we stayed. Breakfast was very good! The staff were courteous and helpful. Great stay for us!

The access doors for the lifts are fire exits. It’s not clear that these are correct.
And the handle on one side is awkward if carrying luggage.

I needed to go to the SEC centre which was om Walking distance. The hotel was clean, quite, nice staff, breakfast was great!! Nothing to complain
If I can say one minor thing; the staff at breakfast already got the plate from my colleague while she was still taking a bite from her sandwich. She wasn't done eating and her plate was already gone. Next days they asked.
One of the sockets next to the bed didn't work properly, had to use the other one.
Perfect for our Concert needs.
