Excellent, brilliant staff, very nice hotel, will stay again!
Pros:

The property from the minute you walk in is so clean, very fresh and looks so new. It’s immaculate, the room was very nice with that fresh hotel room smell and also very comfortable bed, with a very nice view of the river and just to the side the OVO hydro - great if you have an event there which we were attending. You can phone the restaurant also to order food from the room to go down and collect to take up, we done this and the food was lovely also!

Great location and fantastic staff
Pros:

The location and the overall room. I had a great view of the OVo

Cons:

It’s a small thing but the pillows were huge and uncomfortable and the sausages at breakfast were overcooked. Having said this, I would stay there again

Brilliant hotel being picky with any complaints I would’ve had
Pros:

The hotel is lovely and modern. The location is perfect for any events you are going to in the OVO Hydro with it being literally across the road.

Cons:

It can be a little noisy after a concert but it wasn’t a big issue as 1 I went to the concert and 2 these don’t happen 7 days a week.

David (I think thats his name) he was exceptionally helpful and friendly

Cons:

In the afternoon there was some banging noises on our floor for a couple of hours, possibly maintenance. We did not let reception know though as we presumed it was unavoidable.

Good accommodation, especially if you travel for business
Pros:

An excellent accommodation on the banks of the River Clyde, in the Old Port area, geographically central to the city, although Glasgow seems like a polycentric city. The Kelvinbridge area in the West End is worth a visit, as is the opposite area, which extends from the Central Station to St. Mungo's Cathedral, passing by the University of Strathclyde. If you want a glimpse of this industrial Scottish city and its typical atmosphere, stroll around the hotel, crossing the Clyde and its many bridges, passing by the Science Centre and the OVO Hydro. For great beer and a taste of the friendly people, pop into the bars on nearby Argyle Street. The hotel offers every comfort, spacious and clean rooms, excellent views of the city, and a well-equipped gym on the first floor. The staff is extremely friendly, and the breakfast is plentiful, with the option of having freshly cooked meals served.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Wir haben das Hotel gebucht, weil es direkt neben dem Ovo Hydro ist, wo wir ein Konzert besuchen wollten. Leider wurde das Konzert abgesagt. Ins Stadtzentrum von Glasgow ist es etwas weiter, aber mit dem Zug gut machbar. Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt angenehm, das Personal freundlich und das Frühstück gut. Empfehlenswert!
