Hotel was great, access and amenities were fantastic. Staff were great too.
The bed and linen were terrible. Bed was too hard and the pillows were big and heavy but collapsed to a centimetre when used. No top sheet to cool down when too hot. Linen was stiff and too loud, would wake up each other every time we moved.

Liked everything
Checkin was quick, staff were friendly and helpful, the room was beautifully clean and fresh, very comfortable with the best pillows and a great shower too. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice, the dining room was spacious with room for guests to move around the food area without getting in the way.
The juicer area was a bit messy, guests didn't always take care as they made their juice, the floor became quite sticky and looked quite dirty due to this, I must say the juice was amazing though.
Views from hotel were great and room was comfy and staff were great
Public using the lift for rooftop bar at wkends was a bit busy and noisy when using lift to room.couldnt hear anything in room.but lifts were a bit hectic at times

Faucet dripping, bathroom light switch not working light stayed on all night, situation of toilet paper holder really bad, lack of secured parking unacceptable., not even stopping zone available to off-load luggage. Least they can do is offer a car parking service. This facility compares very poorly to others in Perth in the same price range.

Roof top bar closed way too early. We were prepared to spend a fair bit of time in the roof top bar with 6 of us but they shut it down. Pretty disappointing
