Perfect place tto stay in Perth city
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. View from room was excellent (as was the view view from tthe rooftop bar). Room was spacious and well-equipped.

Cons:

Pillows were not to our liking, but otherwise everything was great.

Expected more when an issue was raised. Though they did their best to make the stay
Pros:

Great location, friendly and helpful staff.
Staff did all they could to make up for the issue of the maintenance not being done.
Staff gave complimentary drinks and vouchers for the mishap and sincere apologies.

Cons:

Request fridge to be fixed or replaced 9am. Reception said maintenance will be there from 10am. Returned by 5pm and nothing had changed. Warm food and warm drinks which ruined the mood for the night.

Staff assisted us with taking our food to their fridge and gave us ice for our esky.

The breakfast was exceptionally yummy, just so hard to decide!!

Parking at the hotel - would be better than having to park in paid structure.
