Warm cookies, kind staff and a gorgeous view
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and kind. This was consistent from check in, room service, breakfast, restaurant and check out. The facilities were modern, very clean. I needed to call the 'Care line' for a request, which was handled immediately, with updates provided. Location was excellent. Food was well priced and delicious. Breakfast (and the view in the restaurant especially) was lovely. We stayed in a River view room twin room and it was spacious and the view a delight. Oh and as for cookies on arrival, yes please!

Cons:

Nothing - Honestly, I would (and will) happily stay again.

Paid $350 - expensive for such a small room with no inclusions. Other hotels in Perth offer better value.

Cons:

Long queue in the foyer to check-in. Room 1009 - Hairdryer broken (reported).
No pillow choice - both pillows were hard.
