We had an excellent stay at Gatsby Athens. The hotel is stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located. What really made the difference was the people. The entire front office team was always kind, efficient, and genuinely willing to help, even when small issues came up. They helped us with airport transfers, restaurant reservations and every request we had throughout our stay. A special thank you to Vasia Kontokosta, who was especially helpful from beginning to end. Her professionalism, warmth and attention to detail made all the difference.

I had a fantastic stay at Gatsby Athens. The location is exceptional, making it incredibly easy to explore the city’s main attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shops on foot.
The hotel is stylish, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding team. The reception staff was always friendly, professional, and eager to help, providing excellent recommendations that made my time in Athens even more enjoyable.
I would also like to thank the housekeeping team, whose kindness, attention to detail, and thoughtful little touches throughout my stay made me feel truly welcomed and cared for.

Beautiful boutique hotel with stunning design and great attention to detail. The room was stylish, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was very good, and overall we had a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again.
The hotel is located in a lively area, so if you're sensitive to noise, it can be a bit noisy, especially at night.
The hotel was clean and in a great location. We loved the complimentary breakfast which was à la carte but you could order as many items as you wanted. I had to take off stars for the lack of air conditioning. Our unit did not work the entire time we were there for 3 days in July. We asked for it to be looked at 4 times and each time they said they would, it would start to work for a few hours then stop working again. On our final night there, it was hotter in the room than outside in July! The hotel staff was friendly about it and apologized but it didn’t seem like our concerns were taken seriously. On the final night, they reset it again and offered for us to switch rooms but since it was so late at night and we were leaving for the airport in the morning, we didn’t move rooms and hoped resetting the ac would help. We even went and sat in the lobby on our final morning there because it was so much cooler than our room. We just expected more solutions when paying for a luxury hotel. If the ac unit was not an issue, this hotel would have gotten 5/5 stars from us.
