Fantastic stay in beautiful house
Pros:

Beautiful property in lovely grounds with friendly staff. The room and bed were very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the honesty bar had a great selection of beers and wines.

Pros:

De gastvrijheid, vriendelijk personeel,rust in de tuin, zwembad, jacuzzi de dag dat we toekwamen, het uitzicht.

Cons:

S’morgens vroeg was er een fotoshoot bezig toen we uit onze kamer kwamen om te ontbijten. Dit verstoorde wel het moment om te gaan ontbijten en nog verder van een rustige ochtend te genieten.

Kann man nur empfehlen.
Pros:

Es ist eine sehr tolle Unterkunft, um dort zu übernachten. Es ist sehr sauber die Leute sind nett und top Frühstück hatten wir auch.

De locatie was super . Mooie kamers 😊

Cons:

Het weer ! Maar daar is niks aan te doen . We hadden nog graag gebruik gemaakt van het mooie zwembad , helaas door de regen ging dit niet !

A lovely warm welcome. Great character to the hotel and beautifully appointed.
Pros:

Friendly owners, lovely grounds. Very comfortable rooms. Heated swimming pool @ 28 degrees and a superb hot tub @ 38 degrees. Walkable to a couple of nice restaurants.

Cons:

We were only told on the day that there was building work, however it didn't affect us too much. But the workmen did start at 8.30 am.

een oase van rust midden in de stad
Pros:

Schitterend kasteel in een prachtig park. Heel mooi ingericht, klassieke elementen zijn behouden, modern meubilair. Mooie hoekkamer, badkamer met inloopdouche. Badjassen en badslippers ter beschikking in de kamer. Bij het zwembad liggen ook grote badhanddoeken. Lekker ontbijtbuffet met alles er op en er aan: granola, ontbijtkoeken, brood, charcuterie, kaas, lokale kazen, gerookte zalm, eitje naar wens, fruit, yoghurt.

Cons:

We hadden vooraf gebeld met de vraag of we om 14u konden inchecken ipv 15u. Dat was geen probleem. Maar blijkbaar is er iets tussen gekomen - kan gebeuren - want toen we aankwamen, zei de medewerkster dat we te vroeg waren. Ze heeft ons onmiddellijk een koffie aangeboden. Terwijl we op de uitbaatster wachtten, hebben we de omgeving van het kasteel verkend.
De temperatuur op de kamer was prima, ook zonder airco. Maar het dekbed was voor ons te warm. Misschien 's zomers een apart bovenlaken voorzien?

Stunning property, worth staying even if Izegem isn't on your itinerary.
Pros:

The property was stunning, clean and looked after in a manner that only someone obsessed passionately about such a high standard would provide. Everything was super modern, but without destroying the character of such an old residence. The owner was amazing, and looked after us well. The breakfast was fantastic, nice and relaxed. I don't think I've used as nice a bathroom in my life. 10/10 property, staff and services.

Cons:

There was some building work on the entry, but communications were great and we managed to navigate around them. I suspect they won't be there long.

Gastvrijheid met passie
Pros:

Gastvrijheid, voelt als thuis komen. Laurence is duidelijk in haar element hier; doet dit met hart en ziel.
Hotel en kamers zijn ook piekfijn in orde. Tenslotte is het ontbijt van topklasse; alles in aanwezig zonder overdadig te zijn.

What fantastic find….would love to return one day
Pros:

Beautiful chateaux, great rooms and facilities, fantastic terrace & pool. We were made to feel so welcome by the Lady of the House. Would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Belgium.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything other than if we stayed again would book one of the larger rooms.

Pros:

Mooi kasteel met grote tuin en zwembad.gastvrouw en personeel zijn heel vriendelijk en zorgen voor een uitstekend verblijf.ontbijt was heel lekker en niks tekort .kort bij het centrum van izegem met vele eetgelegenheden.we hebben genoten van ons verblijf.komen zeker nog eens terug.
