Buena locación
Pros:

Buena locación, colorido y con una linda arquitectura.

Cons:

Que no tiene estacionamiento, y con el.que tiene convenio está lejos del hotel. Y la persona de recepción no era la más comunicativa, fue amable (mínimo requerido) pero no atenta o disponible para dar informacion. El más amable del personal fue el velador que fue atento, amable y nos dio apoyo e información requerida.

Huyan del lugar. El hotel está lleno de chinches!!!

HUYAN de este lugar. Para peor, el dueño quiere quedarse con el dinero: estafa total. No se dejen engañar.
Nuestra experiencia fue absolutamente desagradable. La habitación estaba infestada de chinches; la cama literalmente llena. Nos dimos cuenta a media noche y tuvimos que salir de inmediato, sin poder descansar y con el estrés de haber estado expuestos a una plaga. Es un asco total y demuestra una falta gravísima de higiene.
Además, lo que anuncian sobre el estacionamiento es engañoso. No cumplen con lo que prometen y cuando uno reclama, simplemente se lavan las manos. Intentamos solicitar un reembolso por una situación más que justificada y lo negaron sin ninguna consideración.
Este lugar no debería estar operando en esas condiciones. Falta de limpieza, mala atención y cero responsabilidad con el cliente. Eviten este hotel a toda costa.

Great little hotel for the money.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Very unique architecture with Don Quijote theme.

Cons:

Nothing. I liked everything. But be warned: It is a very steep climb on narrow, cobbled, one-way street to Centro. Not for the faint of heart.

Buena estancia para un fin de semana
Pros:

Cama cómoda. Edificio muy pintoresco.
La terraza es buena, tipo un mirador. Se puede apreciar San Miguel de Allende de noche y es una vista increible.
Está a 10 minutos caminando del centro, pero cansado ya que las calles de San Miguel son de subida o bajada.

Cons:

No tiene estacionamiento propio, aunque tienen convenio con un estacionamiento público.

Basic & pleasant but not really anything else to mention
Pros:

1. Appropriate design for MX-nice
2. Large bathroom

Cons:

1. Not even a cup or glass in the bathroom-host did bring me a glass of ice when asked for
2. No mini-fridge-HUGE issue in MX except at resorts say in Cancun
3. Street VERY close-VERY noisy especially of the motorbikes
4. At the TOP of the hill in SMA-easy walking down BUT MUST take an Uber or DiDi back up
5. No A/C AND the fan's lowest setting was WAY TOO HIGH
6. Host seemed to not speak even a single word of English-luckily I speak some Spanish
7. Took about 3-5 mins. for hot water in shower-lots of water wasted

Pros:

Beau petit hôtel situé à côté du mirador.

Cons:

Il faudrait préciser qu'il y a beaucoup d'escaliers pour accéder aux chambres et que la dustance vers la paroisse est de 600m mais avec une montée très prononcée.

Pros:

La atención del personal fue excelente, siempre muy amables y resolvieron todas mis dudas, la habitación muy confortable pude descansar muy agusto durante mi estancia.
