Reasonably priced for Blackpool. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Area was a bit run down but didn’t feel unsafe. The hotel itself was a little bit run down and not as clean as it could have been. Lots of creaks in our room - floorboards, doors, beds.
Loved the stay at this guest house.
A very clean room, we stayed in the Gatsby suite, lovely couple who own it made us feel very welcome.
Full English breakfast to start the day.

The owners of this hotel were truly outstanding that are very hard working and nothing was to much trouble outstanding on welcoming warm and very freindly atmosphere the entertainment was over and above the young gentleman who owns the hotel his knowledge and information of were to go from entertainment to parking was outstanding and nothing was to much trouble
He spent time chatting and to go alone you would be truly safe
Slept like a dream and beds very comfortable

Overall a fantastic visit and would highly recommend and for sure for the cost area and alone the safety definitely will be returning

Bar closed due to staff sickness. A few maintenance issues need redressing in the Trinket room.... radiator rusty and needs spraying to match the furniture...no handle on inside of bathroom door, which also needs re painting all the way to the top.
Clean, beds were very comfortable, tea and coffee facilities excellent, was happy to get a jug of fresh milk, great breakfast, very welcoming. Quiet room on 3 floor. Excellent value for money.
Toilet didn’t flush well, and the shower went hot and cold.
