Outstanding staff
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at Melt Hotel Amsterdam. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The surrounding area is not particularly beautiful, but once inside, the hotel feels welcoming and relaxing. The beds were excellent and the breakfast was simply amazing. What truly made this stay special was the people.A very special thank you to Peter and Milos. You’re the reason this review exists. Great hotels can offer comfortable rooms, good beds and excellent breakfasts, but making a guest feel genuinely cared for is something much rarer, you truly made all the difference.
There is a huge difference between simply staying in a hotel and feeling that you are in the best possible hands, and thanks to you, that's exactly how we felt. In a world where authentic hospitality is increasingly hard to find, you reminded us what it truly means. When we return to Amsterdam, one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel again will undoubtedly be you.

Pros:

Great breakfast, plenty of choices. The hotel sits outside of the main town but you can walk it in an hour or you can tap on tap off on the buses or trams which are plentiful which makes it easy to get around. Staff at the Met are some of the best we've had on our trips, excellent.

Pros:

It was great and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Pros:

The property was very clean and the staff were lovely. The 24hr pizza deal was great which was made fresh upon request. The location was good too, only a few minutes walk to the train station/metro and not too far from tram stop to get into the city. Rembrandt and Vondelpark are all walkable too which was nice.

Cons:

Wish there was a bit more storage but other than that no complaints.

Cons:

Ontbijt vanaf 8:00 is vrij laat als je voor zaken reist. Wel een heerlijk ontbijt to go meegekregen dus dat is zeker weer een plus.

Exceptional cleanliness
Pros:

The room was spotless and staff were really friendly. Location was perfect to get to and from the airport. About an hour walk from the city centre, so we had to rely on public transport, which was okay with us.

Cons:

The room wasn't quite spacious enough to be a twin room. Also of the beds were separated further, it would interfere with the light panels. Furthermore, there wasn't enough storage space for clothes of two people.
