Bon emplacement et calme
Pros:

Emplacement calme et très proche du centre piétonnier. Grand appartement bien aménagé et joliment décoré.

Cons:

Manque d'ustensiles de cuisine. Pas d'assiettes, pas de bols, etc...

Pros:

Nice roof terrace and good interior.

Cons:

No WiFi despite emailing staff about this; this is a problem considering that the access key is online. Set in the midst of the red light area, make it less enjoyable arrival and departure. Insufficient kitchen equipment to cook a meal there.

Das Appartement ist sehr sauber, der check- in einfach. Ich war alleine (64, Frau, mit Hund) unterwegs. Ja, das Appartment ist im Rotlichtviertel, aber es gab für mich keine noch so kleine unangenehme Situation - auch wenn ich alleine unterwegs war.
Das Appartement liegt zentral (Oper, Fußgängerzone, etc), es ist wirklich ästhetisch eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage war an den heißen Tagen sehr hilfreich. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern war es ruhig, aber auch mit offenen Fenstern empfand ich die Geräuschkulisse nicht störend.

Sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Trotz Lage im Rotlichtmilieu ist es mit geschlossenen Fenstern doch ruhig.

Cons:

Das Apartment liegt im Rotlichtmilieu. Also mit Kindern würde ich da nicht hinfahren.

Estancia agradable si no hace calor
Pros:

El apartamento en sí por dentro, por fuera está regular, pero por dentro está muy reformado.

Cons:

Que me dijesen que tenía aire acondicionado varias veces por mensaje y luego no tenía. Si hace mucho calor, no lo recomiendo.
La ubicación es muy cercana al centro pero hay que tener en cuenta que está en unas calles con clubs en los que hay distintos tipos de personas.

Tylko dwa okna , więc torche duszno w mieszkaniu

Die Umgebung ist eine Katastrophe, Nachtclub und Kebab Imbiss.
Als Frau würde ich diese Lage auf keinen Fall empfehlen!!!

The hotel was in a great location with plenty of food options nearby. The room was cozy and had a nice view and a terrace.

Pros:

Schicke Wohnung mit Dachterrasse.
Toller Blick über dem Trubel der Stadt
Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit eigenem Stil

Pros:

Dit hotel voor zowel de heen als terugreis gebruikt als tussenstop naar en vanuit oostenrijk. Eerste keer was een fijne kamer beneden met een stukje afgezette tuin. Fijn dat er een vaatwasser in de keuken zit en een oven. Ook fijn dat het dichtbij de winkels zit.

De ingang vinden van de juiste kamer bleek lastig, het was snikheet in de kamers en geen airco

Check the area before you stay
Pros:

If you are staying here you should first know where you're staying. I made a conscious effort to not stay out late and other that a bit of noise on the Friday night when I stayed, it was a peaceful accomodation. The facilities are great for a short or longer stay and the proximity to the Plärrer U Bahn and tram station makes it a super convenient location

Cons:

With the price there will be compromise, no extraction fan in kitchen or ventilation fan in bathroom. Otherwise very reasonable.
