「こが」という女性スタッフが最悪で非常に気分が悪い

広さなど良く快適でした。

Cons:

スタッフの「こが」という女性スタッフの対応が最悪でした。
チェックアウトの際の対応・言葉遣い・態度が非常に悪く逆ギレされた態度で、ありがとうございましたの言葉もない。
サービス業に従事してはいけない人だと思いました。

Pros:

Great location not far from a local bus ( W3 bus ) stop, It’s a hotel that you can book short stays but that wasn’t a problem all good. The breakfast is brought to your room which was nice and u get a few options
Free coffee and cold drinks at reception plus free beer but sadly 0% :- (
The jacuzzi bath was fab and big

Cons:

The locking and unlocking of the door is crazy done by a key card to lock and unlocking in your room but when u leave to go out u hand your key card at reception and the lock the door for u remotely ?

Pros:

Comfortable with lovely spa in the room. The bath salts are available in the foyer and soft drinks free.
Staff are extremely helpful

救急車をすぐよんでくれた。

支配人が見舞いの電話をすぐくれた。

Cons:

浴室のタイルですべつてころんで救急車で運ばれ脳挫傷入院した。部屋にも肝心の浴室の注意書きはなかった。あのような滑りやすいタイルを浴室に使っているのがりかいできない。

Pros:

Free parking.

Cons:

Did not feel safe. Room door lock did not work. Room "key card" was a piece of paper card, not a key or swipe card. Door jammed trying to exit room, but staff were able to walk in easily. Not ideal for solo traveller. I checked out within 30mins.

部屋の出入りが自由に出来て、ドリンクバーとか利用しやすかった

Cons:

ドリンクバーの所にトレーとかあると、一人で複数取れるので便利かな❓
