Pros:

Great location. Great staff. Great facilities.

Cons:

Only thing, pillow too firm to the point of not being very comfortable. Bed maybe a bit too soft.

Definitely not worth the money for the amount of noise we had to endure.
Pros:

Location to town and train station

Cons:

Cash less check in, too noisy with a fan/generator on so changed rooms only to then have the noise of traffic.

convenient location, near a Wetherspoons pub, clean, modern, plain decor, television workec

Cons:

plastic card keys can cease to work (common problem) but easily reactivated by receptionist security good but not immediately obvious how to get back in through main door later evening, - door code buttons on panel could be good?
plain walls in room - 1 or 2 simple modern pictures would look good sound of bin lorries nearby (just something to put up with) mattress fairly comfortable, bit thin

Would not stay here again considering Toll House down the road where relatives stayed was so much better and not much mo

Its position was good for access to centre of Lancaster

Cons:

No air conditioning, no hairdryer in room, seemed cheap quality furniture and tiny bathroom. The room was ridiculously hot and window only opened a couple of inches, no breakfast and little to no information by staff on arrival

Poor and will not stay again
Pros:

The lift to the second floor was not working. It was excessively hot and you had to ring to get anything from reception.
Kettle in room did not work and very limited space in the rooms.

Cons:

Lift not working . We really struggled.
