Good experience overall
Pros:

While the property doesnt offer breakfast but the hotel is just next door. Location was brilliant. Rooms were cleaned every day.

Convenient if basic, inexpensive stay in the centre of Lancaster
Pros:

The location was great, right in the centre of Lancaster. The family room was fine and the beds were comfy. There was a lift up to the room and someone on the reception 24 hrs.

Cons:

It was rather basic, which is fine for the price. Our main problem was that the windows didn't open very much and it got pretty hot and stuffy in the room, even though they provided a fan.

Short Stay at Lancaster
Pros:

Near by to train station . Near by super markets, Shopping street, Lancaster museum

Cons:

Not a good place to stay during summer.

Overnight stay in basic room, ideal for station
Pros:

Basic clean hotel, car park opposite, weatherspoons next door for food. Able to walk to the train station about 7 minutes.

Overall good
Pros:

Bit noisy as next door to weatherspoons pub but nothing major and Lancaster is a student place afterall, with the university. Could do with updating the carpets in the rooms as old and very stained. Bit pricey for the room but did the job and no.major concerns

Good location. Clean room, decent shower, fairly comfortable bed.

Cons:

The reception wasn't very welcoming, quite miserable really - including most of the staff! WiFi didn't work.

Lancaster trip
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The chair in the room was practical plastic but not very comfy. A TV chair may have been better. I understand that some want a working chair but I don't enjoy lying on my bed to watch TV.
