My stay was good as usual but disappointed!
Pros:

Close to my work office & In Muscat heart close to everything

Cons:

First of all, I tried to book a room by calling the hotel. Unfortunately, I was informed that no rooms were available for that night and that only a flat was available. I requested to book the flat under my company's corporate rate, but the staff member refused and asked for an official email from my company.

I explained that I was willing to pay for the stay personally, but my request was still refused. I also mentioned that I have stayed at this hotel many times before, both through my company's corporate rate and as a regular guest, but this did not make any difference.

Eventually, I decided to visit the hotel in person. To my surprise, the receptionist informed me that rooms were actually available for booking.

I do not understand why a hotel would handle its customers in this way. We are frequent guests and regularly book accommodations there, whether through our company's corporate rate or independently. To be honest, the corporate rate is not the main issue here. What matters most is transparency and respect for customers. Being told that no rooms are available, only to find available rooms upon arrival, is both confusing and disappointing.

Wir haben sehr angenehme 4 Tage im Citadines verbracht vor 3 Wochen und erinnern uns sehr gerne
Pros:

sehr umfangreiches, abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet, sehr nette, gastfreundliche Kellner, Restaurant mit guter Küche, wir liebten den Pool auf dem Dach, sehr umsichtiger und freundlicher general manager, gute Parkplätze vor dem Hotel

Wouldn't recommend!

The fact that it had parking

Cons:

The reception staff mentality, they couldn't help me with the easiest of things! They lack proper training, they didn't seem to care.
