The fact that it had parking

The reception staff mentality, they couldn't help me with the easiest of things! They lack proper training, they didn't seem to care.

Относительно комфортное проживание за вменяемые деньги.
Pros:

Существенные плюсы:
1. Цена - ниже среднего для этого региона.
2. Наличие кухни, что позволяло готовить для себя именно ту еду, что мне нужна.
3. Наличие неплохого ресторана в холле с возможностью заказать еду в апартаменты.
4. Ежедневная уборка со сменой полотенец.
5. Достаточно много места.
6. Рядом были магазины и прочая инфраструктура. Пешком доходил до IKEA за 15 - 20 минут.
7. WiFi работал хорошо.

Cons:

Расположение. До всех достопримечательностей можно добраться только на такси. Рядом с отелем вообще нет тротуаров.
Других минусов не заметил.

Pros:

Location very good, 5 minutes walk from Sultan Qaboos Mosque, close to shopping malls and local restaurants.
Breakfast was plentiful with good variety.
Staff were all extremely helpful
