THE LOCATION
THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY. THERE'S NO SNACK MACHINE OR VENTING MACHINE. THEY DID NOT CLEAN MY ROOM AND I'VE BEEN HERE TWO WEEKS. THEY ARE CHANGING THE PRICE PER DAY THAT THEY ARE CHARGING. MY DAUGHTER IS STAYING BY THE WEEK BUT HER CHECK DID NOT HIT YET AND HE PUTTING HER OUT. WITH HER 9 YEAR OLD LITTLE GIRL AND AN 8-MONTH-OLD BABY. SHE WENT AND GOT THE MONEY FOR ANOTHER NIGHT BUT HE WOULDN'T ACCEPT IT HE BEEN CHARGING HER $87 A DAY NOW HE CHANGED AND SAID HE NEEDS $140. IT'S VERY UNFAIR AND EMPATHETIC.

Staff kind friendly professional.
Our flight was delayed so we missed the check-in time from 11am to 8pm, which effectively canceled out reservation without notice. Although they have a 24 hour customer service number, it was meaningless as it was an automatic recording so we slept in the car overnight until they opened at 11am. After rebooking on site, we took a look around the room and knew this was not the hotel we saw in the pictures. The cockroach on the office wall was a dead giveaway of the way the hotel is run. We immediately canceled our stay and were refunded. Untimely, we traveled an hour North near Zebulon and stayed in a 2 star hotel with greater experience.
Property was very convenient, staff was great! Don’t book through Expedia, they will charge you over $600. Go through the property, it’s only a little over $300 for the week! You’re welcome!
The room had a bad smell Cockroaches crawling on the walls Found bed bugs in the pillows The stove did not work Stuff around the bottom in the bathroom was falling off And the drain in the shower was not on it was off So my overall experience with in town suites was not very good
