Location, room size and cleanliness
The room I stayed in was very pleasant, clean and comfortable. I had a great sleep in one of the two single beds. I was surprised to find decaf instant coffee as one of the offerings - good for me. Generally speaking, the township of Yulara is well-designed and caters well for the many visitors to this amazing part of the world.
We spent one night at the Lost Camel after our Uluru camping trip. The hotel room and shower were a delightful sight. The room had everything we needed, comfy bed and lots of hot water. Great location to coffee shops. We didn’t have time to use the swimming pool but it looked nice. I would stay here again!
Very close to the shops and very clean!
Great location, close to Ayers Rock. Most comfy beds ever! Spotless, and a daily towel change. Spacious room, plenty of hot water. Also had a fridge, with small cartons of both regular milk and soy milk. Air-con/heat unit which we could control. There was a beautiful pool with sun loungers,- we didn’t avail of because weather was way too cold! I would highly recommend this property, great value for money!👍
Nothing at all!
Had 2 stays, both rooms small, noisy due to open concrete corridors echoes doors closing, foot traffic, voices, luggage
Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom and shower being separate was nice. Quiet. Staff were attentive and efficient.
In the resort itself getting around especially in the dark was problematic. Especially an issue at the Lost Camel as no onsite cafe and dining. Better signage in resort might help. The option of food preparation in room was problematic. Whilst I was made aware that there was a microwave in the laundry not far from my room but not exactly convenient. Clear instructions were not given about that. I wonder whether microwaves in the room might be considered or at the least a toaster, I understand safety concerns, but when pick up for tours etc often quite early would be nice to have toast as an option. Also when wandering to find other eating venues open early no one I asked could assist. I did note that toasters were available at IGA did consider purchase only $20. Also there was an odour from drain in shower. Printed information about this hotel ,in particular, would have been useful.
King size bed
Tv outdated, one window that open so not much fresh air, light always on from shop next door lighting up the room all night, cleaner started doing rooms at 6 at morning, fan in toilet stayed on all night auto shut off night working
This is not what I would call a fancy hotel, but it is very clean, comfortable and conveniently located to the resort center. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room had windows (246) which was great. Fridge and morning coffee in the room were nice touches. Convenient laundry. I would recommend this hotel and definitely stay here again when visiting Uluru!
Perfect place for staying when visiting Ayers Rock.
The photo of the rooms on your website at booking.com is not the room we were given. The photo showed a biger and nicer room. We got a room that was really small and they only offered milk on the first day, then charged extra if we wanted milk next days
The location was good.
The room smells bad and there is no way to get fresh from outside. No windows which we didn’t know. No bar or restaurant at the hotel.
