Beautiful hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, and the hotel’s design is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommended!

Cons:

We could hear some noise from the street in the evening, but that’s understandable because of the central location.

A very lovely and comfortable 4-night stay in a walkable location in the old city.
Pros:

The property is well located in a walkable area. The room is very comfortable, well appointed, and quiet for sleeping. I loved sitting on the balcony to read, relax, and listen to piano music from next door. Restaurant food is delicious!

Pros:

Céntrico y muy buena habitación y excelente desayuno

El personal del desayuno y del restaurante es muy simpático.

Cons:

A la ducha le falta una puerta , cada vez que te duchas se llena de agua todo el baño de agua.

Y el personal de recepción no tiene nada de empata. Ninguna sonrisa está pendiente solo de su móvil.

sehr schön gelegen, saubere kleine Zimmer, Dusche etwas verbesserungswürdig (relativ schwaches, warmes Rinnsaal)

Bei einigen Anliegen hätte ich mir etwas mehr Unterstützung gewünscht, z.B. war auf Nachfrage kein Stadtplan erhältlich, Personal war teils sehr freundlich, teils etwas gelangweilt und nicht überengagiert, mitunter etwas genervt von unseren Nachfragen, die Unterstützung erfolgte dann dennoch
