Beautiful location and pleasant staff.
Pros:

The location is absolutely stunning! And the staff was really awesome.

Cons:

White sheets had stains on them, the kind that doesn't leave after multiple washes. Our rooms were more annex to the hotel, so felt more like staying in an apartment and there was alot of rubble on the outside from ongoing renovations. It wasn't explained to us that we needed to whatsapp the front desk if we needed anything, as there is no phone in the room. So we kept walking up and down to ask for things. There needs to please be another bin in the room itself. We had to use the little bathroom bin to throw away food items which isn't pleasant.

Amazing place but needs improvements
Pros:

The views were exceptional and the location is amazing. Reception and bar staff are really attentive and happy to help.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit small for a long stay. Not enough cupboards space. They also put us in a room next to construction so we couldn’t sleep in. Considering we stayed longer than the rest of my group, you would of thought they would put us in a room further away from the noise, and we were the hosts of my 50th birthday so the larger balcony should of been given to us. The cleaning staff would remove dirty cups and towels and then not replace them. They also refused to come later when we were having a lazy morning enjoying the balcony and views.

Pros:

Good average

Cons:

No good for older people, lift missing or floor level bedroom. But at least suitcases were carryed upstairs. A holiday hotel should at least have a wheel chair lift, which is cheaply to put in and can be used for luggage.

I will stay again but must be in the main building.
Pros:

This was my second stay. The first stay in the main building was exceptional. The stay is the new extension was average.

Cons:

No cell phone reception and room was very average and small.

We booked just to unwind for 1 night, and it was ideal.
Pros:

Definitely the views (location)

Cons:

The unisex bathrooms in shared area, like reception/dining area, and the fact that there was no phone in bedrooms, even if just to connect with reception, especially since it was in a separate building.

Super locatie om te verblijven !
Pros:

Super locatie als jet het Nationaal Park wil bezoeken. Super rustige omgeving.
Propere kamer. Lekker restaurant (al was het daar wel wat kil)

Pros:

The location is excellent.

Cons:

The room was very dusty and the windows dirty. Stains (although washed ) on bedding and towles. Motion sensor light from next door going on and off during night and seeing that there is n no blnd in toilet window, feels like you’re sleeping next to a lighthouse.
