Pipes very noisy woken up at 6am to constant noise and water flowing from different rooms. Extremely loud and disturbed sleep
The room was nice and clean, the staff were helpful and there is a discount code if parking in the nearby NCPC carpark. Check out was also later (12pm) then other hotels that I've stayed in which was much appreciated!

Es war überwältigend schön. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber, gemütlich und klimatisiert. Während man gebadet hat konnte man den Ausblick über die Stadt genießen. Die Dusche war groß und die Pflegeprodukte haben mich begeistert. Die Ausstattung war erstklassig. Das Foyer, der Bar- und Frühstücksbereich waren sehr einladend. Das Frühstück war reichlich vorhanden und sehr lecker.
Ich würde mich über mehr vegane Alternativen beim Frühstück freuen.
Liked the modern, trendy design throughout. Didn’t eat at property, but had drink in the rooftop bar with great views of Liverpool, and was very impressed with the gym facilities with an excellent range of equipment.
Not keen on the lights in the bedroom toilets that are sensor activated.

I got the empression first from one of the staff at the sky bar, as i felt he was under pressure to book in people for tables, and i thought i couldn't go up there at all, but realised after i couch sit on the couches. I booked the hotel, because i was a lady on my own, and i enjoy having a quiet drink and looking out at the city from the rooftops. I do this in other citys as i find it relaxing

A fantastic top-quality hotel in the business district of Liverpool, within a short walk of Liverpool One and the city centre, with restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. This was a last-minute booking and it was amazingly good value. We were allocated a room on the 17th floor which had fabulous views over the city, including both Cathedrals. The Sky Bar has amazing views over the River Mersey. The guest room was probably the best that we have ever had in terms of quality bed, bedding and fittings. The whole experience was top-class. It was my wife's 70th birthday and it was a truly memorable experience.
Everything was fantastic. We would definately recommend this hotel.
