Superb
Pros:

In the heart of Liverpool city centre. Fantastic views with large windows. Breakfast was excellent. Beautiful fresh fruit. The best I've tasted in a hotel. The rooms are pristine. Complimentary soft drinks in the fridge. A superb hotel, highly recommend it.

How to celebrate a birthday
Pros:

The views from the room, the skybar, studio room was lovely, personal touch with the birthday balloon. Location was great

Cons:

Bed was a little hard which effected sleep pattern. Mini fridge didnt have any wine but had beer, would have liked the option.

Excellent stay! The breakfast was outstanding with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The location is perfect, within easy walking distance of the waterfront, city centre, and major attractions. The hotel is modern, spotless, and stylish, with comfortable rooms and amazing views. Staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again

Cons:

The only minor downside was having to pay an extra £10 for early check-in. Other than that, everything was excellent.
Early check-in was available but required an additional £10 fee. Apart from that, the stay was great.
Paying £10 for early check-in was a little disappointing, but overall the hotel and service were excellent.
The extra £10 charge for early check-in could have been included, but everything else was perfect.

Pros:

Staff went over and above to help me and my partner. Receptionist that evening and 2 young men (l think they were from the bar downstairs) were absolute stars helping my partner to our room. All the staff we dealt with were spot on. Couldn't fault them.

Intimate. The shower was very open in a room shared with friends.
Pros:

Staff were lovely, room was clean and comfy.
Lady on reception with the colourful hair was especially great, she went above and beyond
