Pros:

The hotel was nice with an equipped gym, laundry room area, bar/social lounge with games like Pool available...speaking of pool, it had a nice pool out back surrounded with nice relaxing chairs. The staff was very courteous and helpful whenever called upon for assistance and the place and location was nice and convenient for visiting various theme parks not far from the area (SeaWorld, Universal Studios, DisneyWorld, etc).

Cons:

The coded safe in the room I was originally issued wasn't working and at one point I saw bugs in the room however, the room I was re-assigned to was a lot better with none of the above, only issue was the AC vent in it apparently wasn't working properly where it stayed on running and apparently couldn't be turned off. The main desk operates on that all digital wave too unfortunately using credit cards and therefore physical cash isn't necessarily acceptable for payment so if your card has issues, it may put you at an inconvenience.

Since the kitchen is going through reconstruction, we were diverted to the hotels next door. It was ok

Cons:

We recieved an email for early occupancy, 1pm, and were very grateful for this. When we arrived (rushing), it turned out the hotel was overbooded and that we can enter the rooms only at 4pm. Why couldn't we be noticed that we cannot enter the rooms until 4pm? text? The associate in the reception was very nice, stressed and professional. We waited in the lobby with a child for 3 hours.. Finally she managed to give us one room at 3:30.
