The location was convenient and close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The room was clean, and the hotel looked nice overall for a short stay
The sound insulation was extremely poor. I could hear loud footsteps and noise from other rooms all night and could barely sleep, even with earplugs. The room was also much smaller than expected, and communication with the staff was difficult because my email before arrival was never answered

The room was modern and clean,housekeeping is lovely.easy to get in.
However, it was very noisy and you could hear everything. People walking up and down the hall all night sounded as if they were walking right next to me. Also, it was a bit inconvenient that there was nowhere nearby to park overnight because cars could be towed away, and getting them back later can cost at least $600
The Location: Tucked away in a quieter pocket of South Beach. You aren't stuck right in the chaotic mix, but you are directly next to it and can easily walk to everything.
The Concept: The minimalist, self-check-in vibe works perfectly. It hits the exact sweet spot where an Airbnb meets a hotel.
A Bit Too Bare: The interior leans almost too minimalist. Adding just a few more warm, homey touches would elevate the comfort level of the room.

La habitación es pequeña , pero muy luminosa y limpia. Está cerca de la playa y de bares y restaurantes, así que es ideal para caminar a todas partes.
L’hôtel est très bien situé, le quartier est calme. La chambre est spacieuse et propre.
A environ 15 minutes de marche de ocean drive.

La chambre est équipée d’une cafetière et d’un frigidaire. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas un minimum de vaisselle à disposition. Nous n’avons pas toujours eu des capsules de café à disposition, un jour oui un jour non. Ce serait bien de mettre une bouilloire en complément.
Es war alles top. Schönes, großes, geräumiges Zimmer, welches sehr sauber war. Badezimmer neu, ein großes und super gemütliches Bett und eine kleine „Kochecke“ (Mini Kühlschrank, Waschbecken, Mikrowelle)
Es hat alles gepasst, gibt nichts auszusetzen
