Exzellente Unterkunft, bei der alles passt - außer dem Kaffee ;)
Pros:

Perfekter Service in für uns perfekter Lage. Das Personal ist professionell freundlich.
Wir waren schon öfters hier, diesen Urlaub 2x. Am Wochenende war das Hotel fast ausgebucht, daher wurde die Frühstückszeit verlängert - eine exzellente Idee des Hotels.
Die Betten sind die besten, die wir kennen.

Cons:

Wir wissen, der Kaffee in Finnland ist etwas "speziell". Es wäre dennoch angenehm, wenn das Matts eine international übliche Kaffeemaschine anschaffen könnte ;).

We had a large tastefully decorated room, with a very comfortable bed and chairs, an excellent shower.and a buffet breakfast with a large selection.

Aamiainen oli oikein hyvä ja huone puhdas ja hyvin ilmastoitu.

Cons:

Saapuessa aspa olisi voinut kertoa saunasta ja aamiaisesta - nyt siitä piti kysyä itse.

Cons:

It has been a quite nasty experience to hear upon arrival that the full stay was due although I was announcing quite ahead of time that my initial plan would be shortened by 2 nights. The desk agent said unless modified and notified by Booking.com the change was not possible. I posted a message to Booking customer service from my online reservation details, but that led to no reaction at all. Too easy money… you guys are sharks! Never again at Matts, never again thru Booking. I’ll share around.

Pros:

Large, clean rooms

Cons:

Encountered several pieces of moldy bread during breakfast, raising concerns about overall food quality and competence of kitchen staff. Hotel acknowledged the issue but quickly brushed it aside instead of trying to provide any remedy. They did nothing to give confidence that the issue was being handled in a professional way. I made breakfast myself the following day before checking out. Mistakes can always happen, but the hotel's unprofessional response is the reason why we will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

Siisti ja viihtyisä hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla.
Pros:

Aamiainen oli kattava ja maukas. Huone oli tilava, siisti ja raikas. Kylpyhuone väljä. Pyörälle oma suljettu varasto oli positiivinen yllätys. Palvelu respassa erinomaista. Kauppakeskus aivan vieressä, samoin metroasema.

Cons:

Ainoa pieni miinus oli tilan puute aamiaisella, sillä käytettyjen astioiden korjaus pöydistä hieman takkusi, vaikka ei edes ollut mikään ruuhkainen aika. Ehkä kyseessä oli vain yksittäinen hetki. Kokonaisuutena kuitenkin oikein hyvä kokemus majoittua ja viihtyä.
