Sink was completely clogged. There was no room to open our suit case. Room smelt like bleach that it was making us sick.

Very clean, modern,friendly staff.

Cons:

Room and bathroom extremely smalls, no closet, 2 full size beds for 2 adults and 2 kids 13 & 10 years old were not comfortable. No place for luggage. No coffee/tea maker in the room. Very expensive for what you get.

Another Great Arlo Stay.
Pros:

I love the Arlo Midtown. The location is perfect to get anywhere in the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Also yhe food and beverage is great!

Cons:

The rooms need some updates. The soap holder in my room was completely broken limiting space for my products. The lighting is limited so if youre getting ready to go out in yhe evening you cant do makeup well or see colors of clothing very well. There are rooms with vanity circle mirrors, but i didnt get one of those this time. Also the grate for the hvac above yhe front door of the room was missing. I kept feeling like something was going to crawl out of there!

I also felt that the treatment I received was discriminatory and unprofessional, which made my stay very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel and believe significant improvements are needed in both customer service and staff professionalism.

Das beste/ sympathischste Hotel auf unserer USA-Reise

- persönlicher und wertschätzender Empfang/ Umgang
- schnell an touristischen Hotspots (Time Square, Broadway etc.)
- sehr guter Start um die Stadt zu Fuß, per Rad und per U-Bahn zu erkunden
- Zimmer größer als gedacht
