Great location, wonderful staff - would stay again
Pros:

Great location, just ten minutes away from Moynihan Train Hall. Our room was ready much earlier than 3pm, so we could check-in in the morning, which made our day easier. Very nice and helpful staff

Very nice hotel and great location. Excellent breakfast.
Pros:

The property is very nice and very well located. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very nice.

Cons:

The staff at the reception could be a little nicer. The room was small but I like very much that the luggage could be placed under the beds. It has room to store things.

Angenehmes und schönes Hotel
Pros:

Kleine Zimmer, aber sehr sauber und es hat alles was es braucht. Im Hotel gibt es ein Café, eine Bar und ein Restaurant und Rolle Rooftop Bar. Die Küche war sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmer im 9 Stock sind klein und sehr dunkel. Aber das gehört in NY fast dazu.

Fantastic customer service and very welcoming, also great location
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and Areis went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time

Cons:

The rooms are quite tight for space and it wasn’t possible to get round to the other side of the bed unless you climbed over which wasn’t ideal
