The treatment you get in this hotel is just unbeliavable, it is epic. The lobby staff, reception, cleaning staff, boxing coach Ki, Spa treatments, it is impeccable.

Located near Gangnam area. A high end hotel which includes great service and magnificent city view in room. Buffet breakfast is full with every country's traditional meal.

Return to the Josun Palace for 5 nights was exceptional in all ways.

Staff are all professional, passionate to care for their guests. The room was clean and elegantly prepared, and the food and beverage was greats.

For non-Korean speakers, there's nothing to worry about every staff we encountered spoke fluent English.

Special shout-out to Front Desk Manager Crystal (SeYoung) Kim for going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. She even followed up to make sure we had everything we needed. We also met Laura, along with the entire Front Desk and Bell Desk teams, who all demonstrated the same pride and dedication in delivering excellent service. What a team!

The hotel is very well located , amazing facilities and the staff is exceptional and professional. Nothing was a trouble during our stay and we will definitely choose this hotel again.

I stayed at Josun Palace in May 2026 and had an excellent experience. As a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium member, I especially appreciated the warm welcome from Iris Choi at check-in. She was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond by assisting with a room upgrade and elite member benefits, making us feel genuinely valued.

What stood out most was how much the service has improved since my previous stay in 2022, about a year after the hotel first opened. While the property itself was impressive then, the service experience did not quite match the standard I expected from one of Korea's premier luxury hotels. In fact, I was somewhat hesitant to return because of that experience. I'm glad I did. On this visit, the staff throughout the hotel were polished, confident, and consistently professional.

The only minor disappointment was that the concierge team was unable to secure a reservation at Eatanic Garden, though I understand how difficult that can be given its popularity. Fortunately, we enjoyed an excellent dinner at The Great Hong Yuan instead.

Overall, this was a wonderful stay. The rooms, facilities, and service were all outstanding. I've already booked another stay for next April and look forward to returning.

I hate business men’s hotels, and when I arrived, realizing it was a Marriot. I expected the absolute worst. Being greeted by Damian Hirst SPIN painting one thd most commercial of his artwork just confirm banality of the hotel. But it is starting to grow on me. There is some very interesting Korean art which i include photos of there’s a massive buffet that has delicious Korean and western food and the staff seems attentive, but not overly friendly. There’s no place to smoke a cigar in all of Korea as far as I can figure out, but we’re on a K-pop Demon Hunter tour and are having the best time ever.

My stay at Josun Palace was truly impressive and memorable from beginning to end.

Although my luggage was misplaced during my stay, what could have been an unpleasant experience turned into a memorable one thanks to the exceptional care and professionalism of Crystal.

From the moment the issue occurred, Crystal showed genuine concern, kept me informed, and made every effort to ensure I felt supported and valued. Her warmth, kindness, and dedication transformed a stressful situation into an opportunity to experience the true hospitality of Josun Palace.

Beyond this incident, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The breakfast at Constans was excellent, the wellness facilities were outstanding, and I found myself visiting the gym and swimming pool almost every day. Most importantly, I consistently felt the warmth and sincerity of the staff throughout my stay.

My heartfelt thanks go to Crystal for making such a positive difference. She is a wonderful ambassador for Josun Palace, and her exceptional service is one of the reasons I will remember this stay so fondly.

The hotel is just right in town (but in seoul we still need to take a distance of walk or even 30 mins away from each place.

- in room is just nice and perfect practically using (only the swing door of shower always crash the marble pole and seems a bit cracky.

- bedding and linen superb and comfortable and really worth to pay this high price since we consider good sleeping is the most important!

- clean and neat is happening every day by good maids.

- love love the air dressing machine! Even you been to smokey place like the Grill or Pub your clothing will be like new and good smell for only 1 hour! Really recommend you guys to find hotel where they provided these.

- the Buffets nice and plenty of foods just a bit pricy.

- staffs are ok not too good not too low standard as Korean style will not over pleased you .

Will be there again for sure if i not yet able to find an air dressing machine in somewhere elses nicer!
