Pros:

A localização é muito boa. O café da manhã é bom. O staff bastante educado.

Cons:

O hotel fica em rua de mão dupla que noa tem lugar nem para parar o carro na frente e descer com as malas. Se o táxi fizer isso ele simplesmente fecha a rua.

A great location to explore the city from!
Pros:

We had a lovely 3-night stay at the hotel. It's a little away from the centre of town, which suited us well to be in a quieter area. The downtown area and the main sights are easily reached in a few minutes walk. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a plentiful spread with plenty of choice and they catered for a dairy-free diet as we had requested this in advance. The room, and especially the bathroom, was spacious and well-equipped. It was a pleasure to use the hotel for our citybreak and we would recommend it to anyone as a good base in Porto.

Schönes ruhiges Hotel mit leckerem Frühstück und sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal
Pros:

Kleines aber sauberes und ruhiges Zimmer (nach hinten, von der Musikschule haben wir nur wenig gehört -abends war’s ruhig)
Tolles Frühstücksbüffet, was immer wieder aufgefüllt wurde

Cons:

Tische beim Frühstück stehen teilweise sehr eng

Pros:

Hotel magnifique !!!
Des meilleurs hôtels que je suis restée dans ma vie.
Déco très belle.
Très bien nettoyé.
La chambre était ample et confortable.
Très bon petit déjeuner.
Mafalda, de lá réception, très gentille et à l'écoute.

Cons:

Un peut trop frais dans la chambre.
Café de machine automatique dans le petit déjeuner. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie il faudrait un autre type de service.
Il faudrait aussi améliorer le service de la réception, sauf Mafalda.

Really enjoyed it. Would recommend the hotel as staff are friendly.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Room was a good size and I loved the shower.

Cons:

It is a little further out of town so lots of walking. But that is what you do in Porto, so not a big problem.

Hotel perfection
Pros:

Loved absolutely everything about the hotel. The staff were super friendly, professional and polite, the bedroom was lovely, had our own little terrace, the bed was the most comfy bed I have ever slept on and the room was lovely and quiet, the breakfast was amazing - so much choice and so tasty and perfect location for everything. Would love to come back

Me gustó todo, hotel bonito, cómodo y ubicado en una zona tranquila a un paso de la calle comercial de Santa Catarina, Bolhao y centro comercial

Polecam ten hotel na city break w Porto! 🙌🏻
Pros:

Bardzo dobry hotel zlokalizowany w niedalekiej odległości od większości atrakcji Porto - w odległości krótkiego spaceru można znaleźć wiele fajnych miejscówek na jedzenie, drinka czy kawę z Pastel de Nata. Śniadania są powtarzalne, ale wybór jest wystarczająco szeroki, a jakość użytych produktów najwyższa. Kawa przy śniadaniu jest moim zdaniem wyśmienita. Dużym plusem jest codziennie uzupełniana butelka wody oraz kapsułki do kawiarek Nespresso w pokojach. Pokoje od ulicy mogą być głośne, więc jeśli to dla Ciebie ważne, to warto poprosić przy rezerwacji o przydzielenie pokoju od strony wewnętrznej budynku.

Cons:

Hotel wymaga płatności poprzez osobne narzędzie, pomimo podania numeru karty płatniczej/kredytowej w rezerwacji poprzez Booking.com - w czasach nagminnych wyłudzeń przez scamerów to niepotrzebne utrudnienie. Pomimo podania pełnych danych karty do rezerwacji, hotel anulował naszą pierwszą rezerwację, a po założeniu jej ponownie policzył już po wyższych stawkach i nie przyjął dotychczasowej korespondencji w tej sprawie jako okoliczności do utrzymania pierwotnej ceny. Nie oczekujcie od nich podejścia fair przy jednorazowym pobycie.
