Romantica e silenziosa suite con vista
Pros:

La camera molto bella con il terrazzo , la vista ed il silenzio , il letto molto comodo,la cordialità dello staff, cercano di accontentare ogni bisogno

Cons:

Il fatto che devi per forza prendere la macchina , non tanto per la lontananza relativa dal centro ma perché non ci sono marciapiedi sulla strada dell’albergo.
Inoltre manca una palestra e la struttura è molto piccola

Beautiful boutique hotel, if you do not want to be in the middle of Rome
Pros:

It is a small boutique hotel with 5 rooms that overlooks the city. The staff is amazing and the room is large and beautifully designed with a great view of the city. Most importantly it has parking space across from the hotel.

Cons:

All was perfect.

Esperienza straordinaria, staff cordiale, disponibile e professionale. L'hotel è ubicato in una zona tranquilla, lontana dal caos cittadino. Camera stupenda, vista mozzafiato, piatti deliziosi. Impeccabili i vari transfer. Sicuramente il non plus ultra a Roma. Grazie!

Best esperience in Rome !!!
Pros:

Excellent stay in a beautiful five-star hotel in Rome, with a breathtaking view of a stunning 16th-century church. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, the staff were attentive and thoughtful, and breakfast on the rooftop was truly unique. Special thanks to Giovanni for his kindness and professionalism.

Disappointing – Avoid This Hotel

​Terrible Service: Breakfast arrived 90 minutes late and was completely inedible (stale croissants and undrinkable coffee).

​Poor Room Quality: No soundproofing at all. Even though the street isn't busy, it felt like sleeping outside.

​Zero Flexibility: Management refused to cooperate or offer any solution regarding cancellation.

​Bottom line: Unprofessional and not recommended.

Vorrei capire su quale base sono state attribuite le 5 stelle. Dove sono le dotazioni di un 5 stelle. Non c’è neanche un bar. Sembra di essere in un eccellente B&B. Parcheggio non definibile tale, è semplicemente uno spiazzo a bordo strada… Il terrazzo esterno ed il relativo verde necessiterebbero di una migliore cura
