That’s just it we weren’t allowed to stay
Cons:

Although I booked and paid for the room online on behalf of my sister-in-law because she lost her power for four days and needed a place to stay that had electricity. She is a home dialysis patient so she has to do her dialysis for dialysis for several hours every night. I haven’t had this happen before when I have booked days for family members. There was a huge storm several days in a row in Livingston County where this property is located and there were hundreds of thousands of people without power, but in her case to have electricity was critical because of her medical condition. I’m really disappointed because I’ve utilized many Hamptons ends in the past, but I don’t believe I’ll be giving our business to them in the future..

I WILL be returning to this hotel. It blew the other ones I’ve stayed at out of the water.
Pros:

The room was super clean. And I love that they provided the shower essentials. Even had body lotion in the room.

Cons:

I genuinely don’t have a complaint.

Pleasant stay at this hotel. I recommend.
Pros:

Front desk staff very helpful and personable. Room very clean. Breakfast eggs and biscuits were fresh and tasty.

Cons:

AC seemed intermittent.

Pros:

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

A text was sent to my phone shortly after check in advising me to ask any questions if needed. So I did just that and never got a reply. Don’t text a customer offering help and then ignore it when a question does come back.

Pros:

The pool and fitness center were great. The facilities were clean. The rooms were clean. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Nice place to stay, our 2nd time here and we would return.
Pros:

Everything was good, staff was very kind and helpful. They knew good local hot spots and restaurants. We will return to this hotel if we are in the area again.

Cons:

A little bit of noise heard from the floor above (running in the hall) probably kids.
