parkovani zdarma, prostorny apartman, vybaveni kuchyne, krasna roof top terasa s bazenem

Cons:

radeji bychom meli v cene ubytovani snidani, zvolili jsme ho hlavne kvuli moznosti parkingu, vlastne je tam vsechno perfektni a supermoderni pro mlade lidi, kteri chteji byt primo v centru deni, my (par ve strednim veku) se meli radeji ubytovat mimo centrum nebo zustat v klidnem Porto Moniz :)

A home from home right in the heart of the city. Everything you need in one place
Pros:

Everything, the location is perfect for exploring Funchal. It’s also great to have a free car park in the middle of the city. You also have everything that makes a hotel good but with the homely feel of an apartment. People get worried about not having breakfast as an option but the croissants are delicious and there are so many good places near by.

The rooftop has a private space for guests only so even when it’s a bit busy you know you will get a bed and a quiet pool. Bernardo at the rooftop bar looked after us so well every time we went up there.

We had a wonderful stay at Three House Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madeira.

The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and the seafront. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay – always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we left.

The rooftop area is one of the highlights of the hotel. The pool, bar, and views over Funchal create a fantastic atmosphere, especially in the evening. Our apartment was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped.

A special thank you to the team for the thoughtful farewell gifts and personal touches, which made our stay even more memorable.

The only areas where we feel there is room for improvement are the air conditioning and sound insulation. In our apartment, the air conditioning did not cool the living room area effectively, especially during warmer parts of the day. Additionally, better sound insulation from the windows would help reduce street noise and make the rooms even more comfortable.

Overall, we had an excellent experience and would gladly stay at Three House again on a future visit to Madeira.

Prachtige locatie midden in Funchal

Prachtige locatie in het centrum van Funchal. Hierdoor wel een beetje gehorig met de weg ernaast. De lounge bar en het zwembad zijn geweldig!

Best Hotel in Funchal
Pros:

The location of this property was perfect—right in the heart of Funchal. It was directly across the street from a grocery store and just steps from the fruit and vegetable market, making it incredibly convenient for picking up fresh food and essentials.

The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. Having a well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast each morning, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Daily housekeeping was an added bonus that we really appreciated.

The highlight of our stay was the wonderful front desk staff. Marcio, Sid, Margarida, and Marcus were all exceptional. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Their genuine hospitality made us feel so welcome. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

The best of the best!
Pros:

De locatie is geweldig, midden in het historisch centrum van Funchal met een onvergetelijk en prachtige rooftop zwembad. De appartementen zijn van alle faciliteiten voorzien en er wordt iedere dag subliem schoongemaakt. Ook worden er iedere ochtend warme croissantjes aan de deur gehangen. Het personeel bij de receptie, bij de rooftop bar en het restaurant zijn ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Dit is echt een appartement hotel waar wij naar terug zullen keren. In één woord FANTASTISCH!

Cons:

Niets. Alles was grandioos.
