There was no stay, I was just billed for a stay.

Not Applicable, we were never assigned rooms.

Cons:

The rooms were booked through booking.com, but when we arrived, the hotel had no record of our reservations. After and hour, we were informed that there were no rooms available for our stay, so the reservation was cancelled. I was then charged for 1 night for both rooms reserved, even though the rooms were cancelled before they were ever assigned. I want my money back.

It was disappointing but I wanted to love it. But overall not a great stay.
Pros:

The room was really big, and it was really clean. There was a cool bar on floor 9.

Cons:

The staff isn’t very friendly, and the location is very loud. It’s right off the highway, all day and all night it’s noisy from the cars. It’s also loud from the bar upstairs since it’s open to the public. Parking isn’t great since people are coming for the bar too, they try to section off a small part for the hotel but that’s just not enough parking spots for the guest. Won’t be back for those reasons.

Comfy stay, rooftop bar... plus grackles!
Pros:

The staff was friendly, the rooms were trendy and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We also loved seeing the great-tailed grackles nesting in the trees from the third floor. We thought the traffic noise from the highway might be too loud at night, but it wasn't a problem. The rooftop bar was a very nice bonus.
