PEQUEÑO DISGUSTO NOS HIZO SENTIR INCOMODOS
Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación y la traquilidad del lugar. La habitación es reducida y básica, pero muy limpio todo. Hay hamacas afuerita de tu habitación lo cual hace tener una amenidad más. La playa esta como a 300 metros subiendo y bajando varias escaleras. La playa al ser la bahía principal está lleno de lanchas y hay que estarlas esquivando.

Cons:

El persona, en general es amable, pero son muy estrictos con las normas en un hotel que cuando fuimos no tenía huespedes y aún así nos cobraron más que por una persona extra, a pesar de que la recamara era de 4 personas. Al final la relación precio-servicios no es tan buena, hay hoteles más baratos y que ofrecen exactamente lo mismo en la misma zona. Incluso el hotel de a lado es mucho más barato y tiene lo mismo y es igual de tranquilo. Tuvimos que discutir con la encargada por el cobro extra, porque no lo dijeron unas 4 horas después de que ya habiamos ocupado la habitación, no mientras nos registramos, cuando les dijimos que eramos 3 personas no 2 y no nos mencionaron nada de un cobro extra hasta mucho después. Eso ya hizo incomoda la estancia, aunque después la encargada estuvo muy tranquila y nos dejó quedarnos en sus instalaciones unas horas más después de haber entregado la habitación. !Aguas! el check out es a las 11:30 AM y sino entregas la habitación máximo a esa hora te cobran otro día más. También tuvimos otra situación incomoda porque revisan muy bien las toallas y tenía ahí una mancha y pues si tienen manchas las toallas también te cobran. La señal del internet no es buena, un amigo con el que viajábamos necesitaba conectarse para una videoconferencia y se trabó todo el tiempo, al igual que la señal de la tele.

La ubicación, las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas y la cercanía a la playa.
La alberca aunque pequeña, buena profundidad inclusive para los niños y muy limpia

Cons:

Que las habitaciónes de abajo tienen poca privacidad, abres la puerta y se ve todo hacia dentro de la habitación y podría ser un poco incómodo.

Buena relación calidad precio
Pros:

La ubicación, te reciben y hacen sentir comodo, la alberca limpia y buen mantenimiento, vista muy bonita, camas cómodas, regadera siempre con buena presión y nunca falto agua caliente, agua potable ilimitada, buenas recomendaciones de parte del personal, camiando a varias playas, 5min a la bahia principal, 20 minutos a puerto angelito, 25 min a carrizalillo.

Cons:

Que no hay recepción todo el dia, no es un tema pq hay entrada y salida independientes pero cuando necesitas algo en especifico si es mas complicado.
